Dr. Ontiveros spends time with you and not only listens to you but hears you. The staff were also very nice and efficient at their jobs and the office was clean. Pleasant experience from start to finish.

Would not recommend her. Follow up is bad She moved and did not notify me by text letter or phone so when I got out of the hospital I had no doctor.The office would not return my phone calls to let me know what was going on.

Dr. Ontiverous is a good doctor. I wanted a doctor who would also listen to my concerns. She is thorough and does run tests but she takes the time to explain the results and takes appropriate action. What I really like about her is that she schedules a follow up visit to see how the action plan works out. I like being treated as a person and not just pacified.

Scheduled a new patient visit over the phone weeks ago after spending hours researching and reading reviews trying to find a nice female doctor. Only to have someone call me 2 days before and say they scheduled you in error and your appointment is now canceled. If you want to schedule an appointment in November call our office. This appointment was scheduled weeks ago not a day or two. You can have the best doctor in the worst office. Glad this was brought to light early on. I work full time have kids and work on a schedule. Such a waste of time...
