Worse Drs Office specifically Dr Stine and Nurse Dony. Because I wanted to go to Baycare Radiology instead of Akumin that's located in the same building as Stine. I was literally Screamed at, I was told I'm a LIAR that I was Never at Baycare & Humana doesn't approve Baycare per Stine! Even when I was trying to show him proof I've been to Baycare for Years & Humana Paid. He was right in front of my face while standing over me & screaming. I got so scared I stood up! He Ripped up a Script in front of me told me he would NEVER give me a referral to Baycare or the script.. I asked for a copy of my Records his exact Words were "I don't have to give you them & I'm not"! Which is against the LAW! Dony is rude & let me know you get nothing from Dr Stine unless you go through me. I was also never given new paperwork which I should have known they aren't professionals. This was only my 2nd visit Thank God not sure if I would have lived with this kind of treatment!

Love Dr. Dean. Review has nothing to do with her. But Front Office staff Roberta is very rude and has no respect for patients whatsoever. She has the worst attitude and hung up the phone on me. I work in a medical facility as well and that is not how you talk to patients. And I will be writing a more formal complaint as well.

Dr. Okeson and ALL the staff are wonderful! I am a nurse and very particular regarding my medical care. From the front desk, medical assistant, lab tech, ancillary staff, and Dr. Okeson—I can’t give enough compliments and thank you’s!!! I highly recommend this practice for your primary care!

I have been a patient here since 2007. The office staff are very competent & wonderful to work with. My care provider is just the best. She always has time to listen to whatever I need to discuss & never makes me feel rushed. I have had to speak with other doctors when mine is away & they showed the same qualities. I cannot recommend this care group enough!

I have been going to Dr. Howard for about 10 years he is awesome he takes the time to understand what is going on with you no matter what is going on. He does not judge you he is just there to help you feel better.

I’ve been with Dr. Dean’s care 😍❤️ for over 25 years. She is an amazing Doctor, truly cares for her patient & really concern for my well being. Will never change Doctor-if I can help it. I love her so dearly. Best care I could ever ask for! The Staff are great & kind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Howard for many years. He is truly concerned for his patients and takes time to listen. The entire staff here is amazing. My daughters see him as well now. Best care you could ask for.
