Great Doctor

Excellent doctor. Best I have seen in about 20 years. He is extremely intelligent and straightforward. No BS. If you want a doctor to just sugarcoat everything and be ultra tender with your feelings this is not your doctor. However if you want a doctor who will tell you what is going on how to fix it give you advice on improving your overall health and actually CARING about you I highly recommend him. Great doctor and great staff.

Dr. Mansour has been our familys primary care physician for 20+ years my grandfather grandmother mother 2 brothers and myself. I can say without hesitation that he added about 3 extra years to my grandfathers life and he SAVED one of my brothers life. My brother had gone to the ER and sent home but Dr. Mansour OVER THE PHONE was so worried that he got my brother in within a couple of hours of his phone call and in surgery the next morning for FLESH EATING BACTERIA While he does have a rather abrupt personality and is even a little quirky he is an EXCELLENT doctor and really cares about his patients. He has diagnosed things after hours on the phone for me called in meds and always takes his time when I see him in person. Id venture to say he is righton with his diagnosis 99.9% of the time If you can be patient through his quirky personality and be friendly with his very moody main nurse you will have the best medical care you can get

all he cares about is the money and he thinks he is the God of medicine. if you miss an appointment he will drop you in a heartbeat .no compassion toward his patient.

Horrible man Firstly we waited 70 minutes before we were seen. As soon as he walked in to the office Dr Mansour immediately began accusing and berating my 79 year old father with significant memory loss. I have never been so upset in my life. Dr Mansour accused us of seeing a neurologist without his knowing. ??? Dr Mansour is the one who referred us to this neurologist. Nonetheless I will not have my father yelled at like that ever again.

Dr. Mansoor is a human being before he is a doctor this doctor care

I was referred to Dr. Mansour through an employer who was satisfied and impressed with his care. Although I enjoyed our visits I found I was referred out for most of my care or concerns. Recently I received a discharge letter. I was confused so I called to inquire. I was told I had not come in enough and he felt I was noncompliant with his expectations for frequency of appointments. I have been seen most of my life by two of the largest hospitals in the county. I was baffled?? How could I know this was an expectation of it was never stated to me??? Even his staff didn’t understand his discharge methods and felt they had no say so my comment could not even be delivered to him. Wow this is disheartening I gave 2 stars as I enjoyed this physician but sir how can someone be noncompliant with out having been give the expectations So future patients ask him for this hypothetical list of expectations so you too will not find yourself looking for a primary doctor. This to me is unreasonable and irrational decision making.

Various family members have been going to Dr. Mansour for years and I have referred many friends to him. He warned me in the beginning that he’s always running behind and his waiting room is always full because he spends as long as necessary with each patient to take care of their needs. It is worth the wait. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and competent he really cares about his patientsa rare quality in this day and age. He saved my father from an ill advised surgery that he probably wouldn’t have survived and gave us 2 12 “bonus years” with him. When Dad was about to leave this world Dr. Mansour came to my house to see himnot as a doctor but as a friend to see him one more time and say goodbye. Dr. Mansour assembles a fantastic team of specialists and then “manages” that team so all are on the same page and don’t order things that “cancel each other out”. He is a rare gem in today’s world where insurance companies and the $ dictate so much about health care. So when you make an appointment bring a good book or iPad and plan to waitand know that he’s worth the wait.

Dr. Mansour is a true professional kind and caring at the same time blunt and honest. The kind of person you want administering your care. At times you have to wait a little longer for him to come into your examining room and thats because he actually spends time with the patient...And isnt that what you want and need in a doctor?

This is the best Dr. He really cares.
