Usually I like Indian doctors because I am accustomed to them in my homeland. Also in the US I do have Indian doctors who are charming and wonderful but this young twit Neel Desai Oh my God Did I deserve this? He is just hustling money Nothing humanitarian in him. Dr. Desai gave me my vision back and opened up a new life for me Over 45 years of glasses and contacts and now I can see without them. I have seen numerous eye specialists since I was a kid none better than Dr. Desai. He is patient caring and takes his time to explain all the details. I would happily wait so that I see him

Be prepared to wait hours for your appointment every time. But make sure you never cancel or reschedule an appointment for an emergency or otherwise as he will drop you as a patient. What a shame because otherwise I felt like he was a good doctor.

I have been treated at the Eye Institute of West Florida for many years. Dr. Desai has completed 4 cornea transplants on me and this one is healing. He has done what no other surgeon could do for me I AM GAINING MY VISION BACK

Wish I would of came to see Dr. Desai months ago. Explained the surgery procedure thoroughly to me. I feel calm and confident about the procedure. Excellent chair side manner. Recommend to anyone with eye issues.

I had pain in my eye for a long time but it became increasingly worse to the point I was going to ask to have my eye removed. I was referred to Dr Desai he said the flap in my L eye was open and cells were growing this was the root cause of my suffering. he did surgery on my eye scraped the cells sewed the flap and I am now pain free. I am so very grateful I went to this Dr he saved my eye and maybe my life. I would highly recommend him.
