worst place ever for care of loved one, staff nice enough but that's it. Mother was left in bed all day two weekends in a row after I requested she at least be sitting in a wheelchair. I came in and found she was not changed until I got there at 530 PM and I went to find a nurse and requested it. had several request about her care and told they would address it. they did not. she never received a shower while there they just wiped her down (30 days), I found she was declining at this facility, she was discharged with her leg swollen and hot to the touch, I gave her a shower when home she felt so much better. the home health care nurse came Saturday morning checked her leg and had me take her to urgent care -they found she had massive blood clot- that didn't just happen. Oak Manor should have been on top of this. In the discharge paperwork there was a letter of complaint from an LPN in regards to CNA's not answering Patient lights or changing soiled patients. My Mother ended up back in the hospital for the blood clot and is back at a rehab 100 times better than oak manor. please look for another facility if you need rehab.

Staff seems very friendly & quite competent. The grounds appear cut and well taken care of. My 92 yr old Mother loves living here independently.

This is the best place I could have imagined to place my brother with his special needs. He has been there for years and it’s so great. The staff are friendly and they know my brother and his quirks. Holley in the office has helped me manage his things so they he can remain a happy resident. They’re great to me too. Holley is amazing. Thanks you Oak Manor.

I've been living here for two and a half years now and I have enjoyed most of the time here. They try to have good activities and shopping. The staff is very friendly !! I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is looking for assisted or Independent Living.

What's going on with medication being misused by staff and residents being mistreated. I hope this isn't true. Especially during these times.(Covid-19)
