He came highly recommended. I have not been to an Optometrist in over 20 years. What a great experience. The office is clean and tidy. Front door parking.Kim made the check in experience great and quick.Kaye took me back. She was nice very helpful knowledgeable and comforting. She took her time and did everything needed.Dr. Shettle was very nice. He asked me questions and answered all of mine.Claire fit me and for frames was very accommodating. She took her time and got me the frames I wanted. There was an issue with my card. She called and kept in touch.All in all a great experience

Dr. Shettle is the best ophthalmologist. Hes informative with my eyes . I have RA in my right eye. I ve been a patient for years. The problem I have is with optics department. Recently I had an lens issue and Linda and her associate failed to fix the problem. Both were very rude and unprofessional when I came back the next morning Linda was very annoyed and put my old lens back in. When I put them on there was a smudge and it was very hard to see. Linda said she would reorder the lens. I never had this problem with Leslie. Im having to wear my old glasses to see. I was hurt as a customer never had a problem there before.

Could have been a good experience. But only two employees seemed to be invested in following covid safety. Although there was a sign on the door asking to wear a mask there was a receptionist that wasn’t wearing hers and I had to ask dr shettle to put his above his nose while I did my eye exam. Unfortunately I’ll have to keep looking for my new home for my eye care.

I highly recommend Dr Lee Shettle. He has been my Dr. for 6+ years. He is skilled and possess attributes beyond experience. He is compassionate kind understanding and empathetic. I appreciate the time he takes each visit to ensure quality care with a genuine spirit of caring about his patients.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was very knowledgeable friendly and very honest. This doctor actually wants you to feel better and his authenticity is much appreciated. Would recommend

I am so grateful for the expertise given to me by Dr. Lee Shettle Leslie Hunter and the entire staff. I love love love my new glasses. Thank you all so much for fitting me with the appropriate glasses that are so comfortable I forget I have them on. The diagnostic and script is perfect because my eyes stopping hurting immediately. I am so grateful. You guys ROCK
