First phone experience wasn't great. But then when I got call back, I guess things cooled down, receptionist on the phone was pleasant. Staff inside was very helpful and professional

I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Fansler and his entire staff. From the receptionist, the person who scheduled my surgery to the nurse in the office I was treated with respect compassion and professionalism. When his nurse told me " I was in the right place" it comforted me and put me at ease. I appreciate all of you and thank you for everything!!

The quality of compassion and care from Dr. Fansler was amazing and thorough. Highly recommend! Best bed side mannor. Spends time with patients in office. All around great experience!

I don’t know how I can ever thank Dr. Fansler for saving my life. I had an emergency surgery and Dr.Fansler explained everything. Kept me calm as everything around me was moving so fast. My surgery was a success and I thank you for every moment of success. Highly recommend Dr. Fansler.

The receptionist is terrible. I know it’s hard to find good help these days, but she needs a new job. She was very uninviting on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. She was quick to dismiss me when she told me they don’t accept my insurance. I actually had to stop her from hanging up since I have no problem paying out of pocket. Her tone was condescending and arrogant. If your calls are recorded, that one should certainly be listened to by management.

I deeply appreciate all that dr.fansler has done for me. He was very to the point of what the procedure was, possible outcome and possible complications. After my gallbladder was taken out it was a simple procedure and the cuts healed fine. I thank this man for listening to me and advocating to remove my gallbladder. He saved my life❤️

Let's start with Dr. Fansler's staff- they are the nicest group of ladies and his nurse Stacy is wonderful. Dr. Fansler and his staff are kind, caring, and compassionate. They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions- before and after surgery and worked me in when I needed to be seen. Not once was I made to feel like a pest or rushed through my appointment. This kind of care and attention is few and far between, and I drive from two and a half hours away to see this group- they are well worth it. I highly recommend this physician and his staff.

He is an excellent Surgeon; I am thrilled my primary doctor referred me to him. He was caring prior to and after the surgery. He explained the procedure and care in detail I needed. He contacted my daughter after surgery and provided her detailed information to assist me in post surgery recovery.

My husband had a consult with Dr. Fansler. The doctor had reviewed my husband's case and offered possible solutions. His notes will help my husband's primary on the next steps. Dr. Fansler and his PA Stacy were professional, thorough, and caring. The whole office staff was helpful and caring. They helped us by calling medical transportation as well. We're happy with the consult with Dr. Fansler. The outside building is white and blue, and it could be hard to find, except for a huge mural on the parking lot side. The inside waiting room and offices were clean and nicely decorated.
