Run away as fast as you can!!!!! Worst pediatrician you will ever find! Nothing but insurance fraud, bad customer service skills, and a ran down office!! Run as fast as you can!!!!!

My kids have been coming here for years and I want to start by saying the Drs here are amazing!! But The front desk staff is horrible they are rude and do what they want I had appointments for my kids 10:30 and 10:45 we got here at least 15 minutes early because that’s the appropriate thing to do and there were people who checked in well over a half hour after us and they brought them back while we are still sitting here 30 minutes past our appointment a great office has turned bad and it’s so unfortunate good thing we only have to come once a year or so

All 3 of my children have been going to Suncoast Pediatrics their entire lives. My oldest is mow 25, my middle son is 21 and my youngest is 14 and she goes to see them when necessary. I live over 45 minutes away and I still choose to keep going to Suncoast because I know the doctors are just wonderful.

The Doctor and medical assistant were good.. but the front stuff are terrible..and the lady shenoa or something like that was so rude ,because I call Manny times to ask about specific information about doctor neurology doctor and urology doctor..because in the portal where the doctor said I can find information..no was complete the information ..and I ask in many calls and she pretending like doesn't understand and I ask about someone who talk Spanish and she said the manager speaks Spanish .she is busy when she can she gone call u back.and she never call me back and I leaves many messages with the same lady and she never call me back ..and the last call I ask her name and she was like laughing saying I don't know when the manager call u back..honestly if the doctor Cano is not there, I never go back to that office.. because in 4 years the desk stuff never help u with nothing and they are so rude and sarcastic. So I take decisions to call only when the Hispanic lady is there working because she is good helping and asking how she can helps.... El Doctor es excelente y la assistente medica tambien. Pero el personal de el frente es fatal ellas nunca te quieren ayudar en nada..el doctor me hablo de una web donde yo puedo tener la informacion de los dos hijos citas y referidos y cdo llegue a casa configure para poder tener informacion para hacer las citas con los referidos.de urologia y neurologia..estaban solo los nombres no las direcciones ni los numeros de telefonos entonces llame y me contestaba siempre la misma persona a quien le explicaba que necesitaba mas informacion y ella nunca me ayudo x ultimo le pedi que me ponga a alguien que hable espanol y como con burla mecdijo que solo la manager me podia ayudar que ella le Daria el mensaje para que me ayude la llame todo el dia y hasta este momento nunca me devolvio la llamada no les intereso ayudarme.. me ha pasado que podiendo informacion he logrado hacer las citas con los referidos del doctor y cdo llamas a dar la information..ellas nunca regresan las llamasdas..que supuestamente siempre la persona que esta acargo de ese especifico trabajo esta ocupada y tienes que llamar mil veces y varios dias para que te hagan el envio del documento de la orden de el doctor Lamento mucho que un buen medico este con gente desagradable trabajando..lo lamento mucho x el..lo que hago ahora es esperar que una Chica Diana trabaje para pedirle a ella que me ayude.. en todo ..xq hasta en las citas.. las otras personas te dicen espera un momento y se tardan en responder que tu llamada se corta..

Siempre quedo satisfecha el Dr Carlos cano excelente medico me examina bien a mis hijos y su tratamiento ha cido muy bueno muchas gracias doctor por su esmerada atención como médico y a su personal gracias a todos

Let me just say the drs there are amazing !!!! I was with them for roughly 10years with my kids until this new system they got going on that it is like a call center it’s terrible my son ended up in the ER due to not having medication he was supposed to have in pharmacy backed up for a week . I feel so bad the drs have to now deal with people dropping them sad but we’re gone ! If I could give it 0 starts I would . Will never be back.

I adore Dr Harley!! So long as she stays at this practice, all 4 of my children will be staying. She is so patient, kind, and really takes her time. You never feel rushed with her. She is literally amazing! My girls love her. I had Dr. Cano a couple of times, too, and he is awesome as well. Thank you, Dr. Harley for just being the lovely, you!
