She is a Dr. who cares. Takes care of all of me. She is better than my primary.

Dr. Zito and her whole staff are amazing! She saved my life and not only validated me as a patient but empathized with me and gave me an actual game plan on getting better. Her testing is so thorough as well. I am so blessed to have her as my doctor I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me!

I would give this review less than 1 if possible. My wife made an appointment for me based on her being able to accompany me into the exam room. The staff said that would be fine, but when we arrived the nurse would not let my wife into the exam room. When I met the doctor I insisted that my wife be present in the room the doctor became aggressive and unprofessional. He reluctantly let her into the room then verbally abused her. When she left in tears he chased after her. He immediately left the room without a word. Minutes later his office manager came in with a refund for the visit and dismissed me. I have never been to a doctors office that was so callus and rude.

It was a complete breath of fresh air to have a doctor not only validate me as a patient and be empathetic to my issues but also to stop and really thoroughly explain everything and actually spend time with me! Dr. Zito is also extremely thorough in her testing to find the root cause of things! The staff is also very friendly!

I tried to make an appointment, but the woman who responded to my e-mail was so rude and did not sound very welcome. If the receptionist is like that, I high recommend you to find another doctor. Very disappointing.

This office has identified what my illnesses are and worked hard to get my treatment approved by my insurance company. Dr Zito and her staff are the BEST. Very professional office. They gave me my life back. I would highly recommend! They are worth the wait.

I faxed over all my information for review. Was told I was missing a paper when I called to check the status a week later. Then I called back same day to make sure all papers were received. Was told they just need to review. A week later called several more times and left messages. Ruby was out of the office so I never received a call. Called the following week to be told it is still in review. I worked in a medical facility and worked with my insurance. As long as you have the referral your visit is covered. There is no need to wait on a review. So upset I have waisted 3 weeks for nothing. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get in somewhere that knows how to make appointments for their patients.

On my first visit there, I absolutely felt like someone was listening to me. The whole office was kind and accommodating. I am so glad I found these providers.
