Dr. Zito is great, no question. Do not use her services unless she hires better staff. They don't respond and have horrible attitudes toward patients. Awful. The worst I have ever encountered. Find another Dr.

This one star is not referring to the doctor, but referring to her practice. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls in a reasonable time. I’m sure they’re having trouble getting employees like everybody else. But it would be professional on their part to put on their answering machine that they are not excepting new patients. After I finally talked to them, they said they have not been taking new patients for over a year now!

Dr. Zito is thorough, helpful, and really knows her stuff. I have had a complex auto immune issue for over 12 years while going to a different rheumatologist. Within two years of going to Dr. Zito I would say I am in remission. I feel as good as I did before I was diagnosed.

They never return a call from my elderly friend. The receptionist also gave her wrong medication advice without the doctor's knowledge.

Dr. Zito is the BEST Rheumatologist physician in Pinellas county. I have been seeing her for several years. I was in pretty bad shape when I first saw her. My health has improved immensely. Even if you have to wait to get your first appointment, it is worth it! No one is better.

Dr. Zito is the most thorough, kindest doctor I have ever met. I wished all doctors were just like her. She does not make you feel rushed either. I highly recommend her. She is worth waiting to get in with. Best doctor ever!! Bob & Judy Elliott

Quite simply Dr Zito is amazing. I only wish I could find more doctors like her. She explains things very well, spends time with me, is a great listener and always makes sure my numerous questions have been answered. Have been a patient for at least two years and really can't think of anything negative to say about Dr Zito or her staff. Candice, Patient Services, is usually at the Front Desk. She is a great multi-tasker and always smiles and makes me feel welcome. Most medical offices seem to have disinterested, unpleasant employees but not this one!

Dr Zito is top notch in her field. Her expertise has brought healing and wholeness to my life after suffering wrong diagnoses for years. She is indeed an expert, imparts knowledge and very empowering. Nichole, ARNP is dedicated, caring and provides the highest quality of care as well. The employees with this practice have evolved into a caring group of individuals- Charlotte, Melanie, Kippy, and Mabel are some of my favorites. They have a wonderful communication tool called Breeze. I am getting better and moving to a better place with disease all because of this practice. I am very grateful to them all.

Dr. Zito is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She spends lots of time explaining and listening. Because of that she is fully booked because her patients LOVE her. And that includes ME! I'm a retired nurse educator who has worked with many doctors. She's the real deal.
