I absolutely love this place! Amazing staff great doctors & we were in & out in no time!
Very fast, clean, professional
7:57 was the appointment time I chose online (available). I then completed registration online. Showed up at appointment time only to learn the online appointment isn’t something that even matters. They service patients as they enter the building. Waiting room is tiny and crammed with people. It’s now 845 and my son still hasn’t been called back. Our reason for showing up is because he fainted, hasn’t been eating and has neck pain. Pretty scary symptoms and I was sure to write them all down on the form but they won’t even bump him in line. I’m thinking we Should’ve just gone to the ER. At 9:05, after over an hour of waiting, a condescending nurse or doctor, who knows what she was because she didn’t even have the ethical consideration to introduce herself when she entered the examining room, said that he couldn’t be treated there and we needed to go to the ER. Apparently, they aren’t really an Urgent Care. They don’t offer x-rays. They made us wait for over an hour, and they saw the symptoms I had written down on the form but made us wait anyways. What a disgusting and rude place.
Friendly staff, very clean office and we were seen in a timely manor. I really appreciate everyone in this office and the services they provided for my daughter. Thank you so much.
After arriving this evening around 515pm, I placed myself and my child behind one gentleman that was closet to the front entrance. The sign on the door says it opens @6pm. After a longer line formed waiting for the clinic to open, we waited until 625. The clinic WAS STILL NOT OPEN. After calling I am informed that today they “open at 7”. There is not a sign on the door stating otherwise. People keep arriving saying that they made “appointments” online, who goes first? What is “reserve spot in line”? I was there second !!!! Good workers are hard to find. Pay them well, maybe they will treat people like real humans with SICK CHILDREN.
Don't bother booking an appoinment on line there is no point. I walked in with a couple sets of kids waiting it states show up to your appointment 10 minutes early that i booked online. Then i ask if all these people have appointments. i was told we really don't have sppoinments she said it's first come first serve. I said then why did i book an appointment. I was told it was just to pre register. Then say that... don't make me wait until an appointment time when i could have been waiting when they opened with MY SICK CHILD I work in the medical field I have a high standards when it comes to care and my child... don't mislead People please.
Called to find out if they took 20 year old and if they could diagnose strep(as was our assumption). Thankfully they took her (piercings, tattoos and all) without one side complaint/comment. The staff was amazing!!! After waiting outside (we wanted to respect the little ones in case she was contagious) at the front desk, Stephanie was swift with paperwork and online info. The same for Milly, who took vitals and listened to symptoms. Milly, asked so many relevant questions which I wouldn’t have otherwise thought to mention. Then Sarah came in. Talk about compassionate, empathic and an amazing listener! She was thorough and asked several more questions relevant to my daughters illness. This place has an exceptional team and albeit new, worth going to if your child is sick. Often times with a young adult, doctors are condescending and snide and assume the worst. We didn’t get that here. Stephanie just called to confirm pharmacy, and was so friendly! This place-It’s where you need to go.
The stars given are only for the really nice front office/medical assistant- she was great, but it went down hill once we were finished working with her. The visit and exam on my child was subpar- the exam was no more than 5 minutes. I'm not going into specifics (too long to describe) other than I left with the same knowledge I went in with and felt rushed (with 1 other patient in the office, but closing early). This was on a Saturday- by Monday I took my child to their regular pediatrician and left with multiple diagnoses and prescriptions. I feel if tests were run and/or a better (at least longer) examination, my child could have received the proper medication earlier it would've helped my sick child to start healing earlier. I don't run to urgent cares for every little thing because if its just a cold or bug, I don't want to expose my kids to something worse. This wasn't getting better and I wanted my child to get some relief as soon as possible. Also, I have been in the medical practice field for many years- I have much grace for healthcare facilities especially in these times. I'm not okay with being charged for a 5 minute, subpar urgent care visit in a place that had only 1 (maybe 2 to be generous) patients.
I took my two year old here for constipation. I explained that my family doctor had said if she didn’t go before Sunday to bring her in. The doctor completely dismissed me said there wasn’t anything they could do. She was extremely unprofessional and never even introduced herself. She then belittled me for not being able to fully give her a suppository at home because she is TWO and was hysterical and kicking. I would NEVER bring my child here again. I took her to a different urgent care where they were able to relieve her constipation and be helpful.
Very good experience! The doctor was super sweet, and so was the rest of the staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
