I am a therapist and treat some of Dr Mangra’s patients that need physical therapy. They consistent tell me he is professional and caring. I visited Dr Mangra today and he took a lot of time to speak with me and is a great listener and is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Mangra is the best I ever met in Fl. he gives full attention and giving all the time to his patients. When you need him he there for you. so happy to have Doc.

I went to Dr. Mangra after seeing several doctors about my allergies. After several examinations no doctor could have given my good care like Dr. Mangra. He worked with me and took care of all my needs. Sat down with me and explained properly all the steps i needed in order to get my body in working order. I now live very comfortable due to his care. Amazing doctor.

Very Unprofessional staff, I heard curse words within the first 2 minutes of talking to his nurse. I had a follow up the next day to see the Dr but when I got there, the Office was Closed! Called in and expressed my disappointment and got attitude in return. My husband went back to collect my result on another day and the same staff member had the nerve to tell him "your wife was very rude to me on the phone" In my defense he stated that they had made an appointment with me but left and did not even call to let me know they would be leaving the office, her response was "Do not get me started." Very very unprofessional Staff. Never got to meet Dr. Mangra, but I believe his staff is a reflection of him.

This doctor was the caring physician in ICU. He was not the primary doctor just the admitting physcian but refused to be taken off the case! He was extremely NEGATIVE and very short answered....when you have a loved on possibly dying, this is the last thing you want...some insensitive jerk who tells you to "give up already" right in "front of the patient!!!!" He came in numerous times with his young, arrogant son then proceeded to tell me he was in a rush to get to Costco "to buy a tv!" This guy failed to provide ACCURATE, THOUROUGH, care for my loved one, which I believe directly caused them to get worse and later pass away. Had he taken the time to answer questions, administer tests that we requested, he may have been more familiar with the history/case and subsequently saved his life. I would NEVER reccommend Dr. Basil Magra to anyone I care about and my family has been in the medical field for over 20 yrs....do your research people. We are not teh first to have a loved one fall prey to his careless medical procedures!
