This doctor looks like he is about 90 years old and needs to retire! He hasn't helped me with anything! This is a University teaching office, so when I go there they have 3 people who are either interns or students file in the room who ask me 101 questions! It is very annoying. I had to answer the same questions about COVID 3 times! First, upon check-in; next in the documents for the chart and then by an intern/student! They poked and prodded me and then went to talk to the doctor in his office. Then the doctor comes in and offers no help or suggestion about what my issue is. He has not suggested a specialist to see for my issues. I have been there 3 times and each time, I was very uncomfortable about being a lab rat for the interns/students. I have not been able to develop a relationship with the doctor. I went along with it although I was unhappy about it because my sister was once a medical student and resident. However, I will not be back because I'm still suffering and the doctor offered no help. Good bye interns/students! Good bye Dr. Kesden!

I wish i could give a good review, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this office. My initial appointments took 3.5 hours and the doctor didn't even touch me. The nurse was so annoyed about taking my blood at the end of the day that she was rough with the needle and I bruised terribly. It's been 2 weeks and so far Ive called 6 times to try and receive my test results and no one in the office I said willing to go out of their way to assist me. Really disappointing.

ALL THE TIMES I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE ANSWER THE PHONE. YOU GET CALLED INTO A ROOM RATHER QUICKLY, BUT YOU WAIT IN THAT ROOM FOREVER
