I was given this dr computer generated from my insurance. I'm what they would call a big money patient. I have so much going on at once and trying to figure out how much damage I've done to my body in a 30 year career of hard work and 12 years in contact sport. I'm in a bind as I waited to long as most guys who play hurt does. Backed up against the wall wondering if I will go to the ER where I just spent 8 days in ICU with pneumonia. Instead of trying to change for a different doctor on my policy someone suggested why don't you call these doctors offices and see how the staff greets you or how they are willing to help you with your health. For 2 months I looked at this card with this dr's number on it and ran out of luck and time. I called this place to see how they are with the patients. 1st call 20 min 39 seconds. I hung up since no one answered few minutes later I double checked to see if I had the right number redial 18 minutes then someone picked up and hung up the phone just to stop the ringing. RED FLAG No answering service RED FLAG 1 star rated for a reason. RED FLAG Need to call insurances and tell then they need to find me a dr that can at least pick up the phone and say hello. You never know what type of patient you might get

facility was very out dated once I got back pass the front desk into my room . absolutely hated my visit with him . he seemed as if he was telling me anything just to have me leave I was told I couldnt be seen because he didnt have my records when he is my main doctor so I found that very strange .. he literally did a quick Vistula check up and sent me on my way .
