Not for mental health issues at all. They need experienced nurses and care takers to know the mental health side of most patients.
You sadistically torture helpless patients in cahoots with local police. I hope the courts close your business. Shame on you!!!
Hi, watch out for this place. A friend just went in for a state mandadted evaluation for Disability, and she was basically body snatched by them! She said she was depressed as a Teen, she is now in her late 30s. The person interviewing her called the cops on her and basically 5150ed her fraudulently! Her husband is fighting to get her back right now, they tried to tell him she was somewhere very far away and send him on a wild goose chase all the way across the county when in fact she was being held right around the block! WATCH OUT for this place, most likely people's insurance hasn't been paying them due to the anti insurance company sentiment that is going around right now, they've had to actually pay for people's operations and illnesses and there is less money for fat ticks like Henderson Behavioral Health. So they are starving, looking to snatch souls right off of the street to grind up in their machine, for money! Try to do any/all "evaluations" and interviews over Zoom or over the phone, don't walk in there or you might not get out for weeks or months, maybe even years, depending on how "mentally ill" they deem you to be! This is also a punishment for applying for Disability most likely. Don't let Demons like this win! Where is Eufrie Polina??? And how many other innocent people are being held in there?? This place needs to be investigated, exposed and shut down, this should be a News Story!!
This place literally kidnapped my NPD coaches wife.. then berated him over trying to find out what was happening. This place is E V I L !!!!
Struggle with professionalism ,staff can be very rude ,with urgent matter Problems not getting solve ,constantly turnover with case managers Causing more depression and anxiety that you already suffering. I left Henderson and went to Memorial Health Behavior. but I was missing my Psychiatric from Henderson that was very Wonderful to me in my health Treatment So I decided to go back Not everything is terrible. Or should I say horrible.from Henderson 😬
This company is just not helpful and seems like they don't have enough experience. I had a few moments inable to make appointments because of things such as life and my commitment was to get help. i was reached out and seems like a therapist had there own personal issue and had attitude with me. I will use there services again and with there lack of empathy. considering I'm giving a call for therapy to a THERAPIST, you should NEVER client to another belittle, overuse the words sweetie and sound condescending. I was not able to reschedule because I have an other responsibilities outside of school. Life happens but don't bring that to a place where you help others.
Henderson Behavioral Health has great and warming people that care and will go above and beyond to make sure they take care of the needs of the client and their family, employees, and the community. I am not only a client; I am an employee as well. The reason why I became an employee is because the staff and the education I receive on mental health and substance abuse. Henderson also have great incentives, benefits, and job promotions within the company.
Karl made up some weird accusation of me having intercourse on Zoom after I roasted his incompetence for scamming me into 3 sessions asking for a generic low dose antidepressant. He failed to document my concerns from a tearful 1hr long interview. Accused me of being an addict to my regular therapist after the second call even though we only spoke a few mins. He subsequently canceled the third session and actually wrote in my permanent medical records that I was naked from the top up and being sexually inappropriate with someone in the bed during the call. Backman's only response: "She won't remember" .. Tit for tat? You forgot? "I forgot?"... I never had intercourse in my apartment or had man in my bed..Ever. What a magical coincidence. Not to mention the confusion and feigned reassurance with the front office that I have memory issues and severe cognitive deficits in behavior that I FORGOT I had SEX in my house, is painful and extremely abusive to hear. I came in for depression... but suddenly I became such a mega-addict that I'm meta-forgetting that I forget so much. Jee what a perfectly rational explanation for why he won't talk to me after I laughed at him. There must be so many drugs!!! I remember everything but not the time I christened the apartment via websex with my doctor. What an absolute legend. I'm so impressed with how radical and free my new alter is... I hope she doesn't embarrass TF out of me and forget to remember again. Backman is unhinged to cause such ethical and professional negligence as to falsify reports with truly heinous accusations over something as mild as having a warranted frustration for having to explain my symptoms over and over again, AND STILL needing a third session. Each of which being weeks apart. I started 300mg wellbutrin with great success a few months ago. It addresses depression, adhd, and what do ya know, "addiction"!! My only regret is letting this d*bag shame me away from getting prescription help for over a year. I can only imagine what I could've done with the time and resources I had instead of burning out and giving up on myself and my education. I barely made it through and it makes me really sad to think of that time, what could've happened, and how much stigma is embedded in finding help. It's these type of unmerited superiority freaks and covert losers you'd expect that are the true barriers to society.
I go to the davie location the office staff is so rude. I need an appointment because my prescription is running out and she says nothing til august, I explain I can’t wait that long I need my prescription and she says there’s nothing she can do.
The worst clinic of all time. I wish I had never made the mistake of using their services. The doctors and office staff have no compassion for anyone, and do nothing to help those with mental illnesses or life crises to heal and cope. This terrible office set me back mental health wise to the point of cutting myself. If you have a serious mental illness, you're better off staying home and self medicating than going to this hell hole.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
