The front desk receptionist was very unprofessional. My boyfriend and I were sitting in the lobby waiting for him to be assisted. She was on a personal call. Using PROFANITY SPEAKING LOUD as if she was in the comfort of her home. We were waiting patiently we were both hungry. I walked up to the receptionist who by the was NOT wearing a mask. I asked could she tell me how long would it take. I wanted to leave him there and go grab something to eat. I guess she was upset because interrupt her conversation. She said girl hold on to what ever was on the phone. Rolling her eyes taken a deep breath. I said hi. Do you know how long would he have to wait? Before finishing my sentence she said an HOUR LOUDLY then put on her mask and started back talking on the phone. I said Im sorry are you in a bad mood? 😳 I said is it an hour total wait or would it be an hour when he is in with someone. She said with an aggressive tone. Everyone is different He could be back there more then a hour. I was so shock how she was speaking to me. While standing there she ignored me and continued conversating on the phone as if I wasnt standing there. I was ready to walk out. You dont treat people rude like that. My boyfriend really need the assistance thats the ONLY REASON why I stayed. SHE SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH PATIENTS COMING NO PATIENCE NO RESPECT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. There was another young lady that came up and spoke very nicely and answered my questions. I asked for her supervisor phone number. She gave it to me. Thanks for having her abroad to assist me.

These people do NOT HELP I called for my brother who has a history of suicide attempts as well as severechronic PTSD USMC VETERAN with addictions. The crisis team went out to my fathers help and she refused to listen to us the family and instead took my brothers word for it instead of following through with the Baker Act. Now we do not know where he is Out on the streets and will not talk to his family who called on him to get him help 6 suicide attempts in the past and took his word for it. She was rude and told my father to get inside of his house when he was saying that my brother was lying The system says that they are there to help but they are NOT but they will take donations

While seeking assistance for someone in need I spoke with phone service agent Sidney who was an angel. She was professional courteous and genuinely empathetic toward the struggling individual. Despite some other negative comments which may be justified I remain optimistic witnessing the care and passion already displayed by a staff member in a job thats normally stressful in nature even more so given this field of expertise.

I have been with these folks for many years and they have been fantastic in helping me in all kinds of ways. To much to list here.

poor service to my wife as the patient me as the husband not allowed to talk to the doctor had to wait in the car maybe we are a couple one white and one black. No medication provided and the Pharmacy give no refills.

A joke of a service. I phoned them in inquiring what kind of services do they provide and they just replied with therapy. That couldve meant anything and I asked to be more specific. Thats literally all they said. So I proceeded to ask if they had licensed psychologists and the guy over the phone said no. I continued to ask confused where this was getting at what were their credentials then? He replied anything ranging from high schoolers to... blank. He quickly changed the subject and asked what and who was I specifically calling for. I redirected back to exactly what professionals did they have in the building and he said normal psychiatrists. He also did not confirm if they even had a GED. He kept quaking in his sentences gave me the run around and then started to boast how their team was actually even higher trained and better than any licensed psychologist. He said if a patient where to get too mentally ill for their staff they would medicate them and transfer them to a different facility not specifying where. This 5 minute conversation sounded worse than a coded drug deal trade. The location itself is very sketchy as well. I have been to dozens of companies who are well known and reputable. This was by far the scariest encounter and by the other ratings of it potentially most likely being a money laundering system I would high suggest to steer far away from this place and go to corporategovernmental funded sources. Theyre almost as bad as LifeStream. The real crisis is this dump existing.

I was sent here by a therapist for suicide risk. The psychologist who assessed me could not stop talking about himself and his political views. He asked me if I was bird watching when I told him I had hung off a 17th story balcony. He was also informed that I wasnt eating and had overdosed on medication. He told me dead serious that it was all okay because Im young. Im wondering at what age life threatening behavior becomes not okay. I was hospitalized less than a month later for suicide risk and later force fed but I guess its okay because Im young.
