DR. PORTNOVA...… SHE'S GREAT!!!! I FELT LIKE SHE LISTENED TO ME WITHOUT ANY JUDGEMENT. VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HER! ONE TRIP TO HER OFFICE GOT ME ON TRACK (HEALTH WISE) TO CHANGE MY LIFE!

2 hours sitting in the waiting room, crazy

Dr Portinova was a good doctor to me for 3 and half years , but this past year she gas seen me one time and has neglected to even do blood work on me . I recentl ran to an issue with my legs swelling and I was retaining water and I had blisters bursting on my kegs the size of 3 inches around. I finally got that under control but my legs are still holding water. I called her office 4 times this week and I was told everytime that she would call me and I waited . I was in pain Friday night I called her service for Dr Portinova to call me back . She did and is telling at me it's Friday night and she's off , I said to her we wouldn't be talking on Friday night if she called me like I was told 4 days prior to Friday night . She tells me I better find a new doctor ( this is professional ) and has this bad attitude to me. I am fighting ALS I am losing my life and this woman does this to me ? My advice to her is she better have a good attorney. Because I do and I am going after her for malpractice . I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF I WAS YOU .

Staff is the worst of the worst. Hanges up phone on needed medication patience, Dr. never calls you back on procedures. Very unprofessional STAFF!!!!!!!

Awesome Physician!! Cares so much about her patients, extremely dedicated to her patients. She constantly goes above and beyond for her patients in the ALFs. Thank you for your service Dr. Portnova.

Great doctor. Speaks Russian

Recently I was at Dr. Regina Portnova's office for my first time and will never come back. I really liked Dr. Portnova for his professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy. Which I absolutely cannot say about one of two of her nurses. The receptionist is also responsible for drawing blood. This nurse has huge colored false nails that prevent her from working with medical instruments. She starts preparations to draw my blood and at the same time, she continued to answer the incoming phone calls. While she was preparing things such as swabs, test bottles, a needle, etc. she was not wearing gloves. I asked why she doesn't put on gloves, she replied that she would wear them when she began to take blood. She poured sanitizer on her palm and rubbed it without even touching her nails because it is inconvenient for her. After touching all things, she finally put on gloves. She stuck a needle in my arm, but no blood appeared and she began to move the needle in different directions. She could not find a vein, pool the needle out, and asked for another hand. I did not feel secure and asked a different nurse, but only she can draw blood at Dr. Regina Portnova's office. In addition, there are many patients in the line. Despite the appointed time, I spent 2,5 hours in the office, of which 10 minutes of communication with the doctor and an unsuccessful attempt to take blood, the rest of the waiting time.

they are very nice and they take people in there quick but they treat me very much good

I’m so glad I changed to dr Portnova. Every one was pleasant and helpful. My appt was on time the dr was promt and willing to answer all my questions.....even my crazy ones
