Don't waste your time, I called and made a reservation online making sure they took my insurance, took a day off work for my appointment and when I get to the place 4 ladies talking like they're in the street gossiping, after some time another lady finally attends me and tells me they don't take my insurance. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because they will let you make appointments with any insurance but when you get there they'll just say they don't.

My doctor Yamilka Abella-Radjai is the Best she take her time to explain everything to me feel at ease and the staff is very nice and the office is neat and clean and it always smells good I give the Lauderdale lakes office all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜💜💜From:Michelle A

If I could give less than zero stars I would. This has been THE WORST service I've ever received. I work with my hands and have a hand injury, I did a hand x-ray on a Wednesday and was told results would be posted to the patient portal 1-2 days after. Over 2 weeks later, no results, and the radiologist who is there M-W-F each week still has not reviewed the imaging so that the results can be posted. I need the results to know how to proceed with care i.e. additional imaging, hand specialist referral, etc.Again, I work with my hands and my income has been limited due to this injury. My phone calls have been "noted in the system" with no response. The virtual chat doctors say they cannot review results so that's a no-go, and that's IF the results are in there to begin with. I set up a telemedicine appointment, no one ever called. I called in, was told I will get a call at some point within the hour. I calmly asked to be transferred to a supervisor, was transferred then placed on hold for 45 minutes, then got the "end of call survey" recording, and then was disconnected. Still no one ever called to do the telemedicine appointment, even though the rep was "noting the system".Individually the phone reps, lab employees and dr. assistants are nice, no one has been rude or unprofessional, however NOTHING has been done towards advancing my care. I am actively looking for another doctor even though it means I'll have to go through the new patient shenanigans all over again. This is why people end up losing tempers with these places, clearly if you remain calmly frustrated no one will attend to you. At this point, I don't even think losing my temper would yield results. The service I have received is inexcusably abysmal and if anyone considers going there I will share my experience and strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.

Blanca was excellent. No complaints except for the language barrier in the front and back. Nurses are kind and thoughtful. I appreciate the service I received today!

All these great reviews are either paid for or employees. There is no way they are authentic. This place is horrible. I went to see the Dr (not great either), she prescribed medicine and not only did they never call it in, every time I called, they would tell me in 24 hours I would get a response. 24 hours what??? THREE DAYS LATER, I get a call that my medicine was called in. By then I had gone to the emergency room and seen a real Dr. BTW, when you call, you get a main office that does not connect you to the center you went to, so if you need to speak to the Dr you saw or anything else....not happening. Good Luck with that. Horrible Place.

My experience with sanitas medical has beenGood so far. Blanca was an excellent medical assistant. The only thing I would ask you guys to change is to keep one Pacific doctor per patient I don't want to come to an office and see a different doctor every time I come.
