He is a good Dr, I had suffered from silent acid reflux for over a year, when I first went to see him he figured it out immediately, gave me a med, and I was cured of it in a few days. I also had a mini-stroke last year and he put me on 3 medications that I feel saved my life and have had no recurrences., Also ordered a calcium scan that found a slight heart blockage that I am now treating with a statin drug. If I hadn't had that test I would probably have had a heart attack within a couple years. He has always impressed me as a knowledgeable and competent Dr.

Horrible place to go, go to another doctors office. Dr. Lori was unprofessional and will not be going back there again. They just want to take your money and have you leave

I’ve been coming to this doctors office for over 10 years maybe five good years With no problem and after that it’s been Off and on, I had an appointment today scheduled at 10am I came in There were 2-3 people in front of me and after that it was 2-3 people behind me so I waited, so around 10:20 she asked me do I have my insurance card I said no I don’t have my insurance card but everything is still the same OK so she proceeded to do what she was doing 10 to 15 minutes later she’s in the back having conversations with ppl and then five minutes after 15 she decided to call my insurance which my insurance was good, so now 20 minutes pass so she came and told me I have a $30 co-pay cool I asked her why did it take so long for her to do all that “well I was just checking to make Sure your insurance was good” i told her it now 10:52 my appointment was at 10 o’clock and I have blood work to do she tells me I don’t have an appointment for blood work we cant do blood work without an appointment I told her she need to check again because I called in at 9:30am to confirm my appointment so I know I had one. so she went to check oh I see your appointment OK then I told her you know what don’t worry about it I’m going to find me another doctor this place overlooks younger people because they cater more to older people but for me to coming here for so long to get overlooked so many times I feel like this office is very prejudice towards younger people With that being said I’m just gonna find another doctor.

Terrible. Not once did he come to see my dad or call after my dad had been to the hospital three times in the last year. Even after suffering a stroke, you would think he would call. Nothing! And the staff in the office is no better. Rude, Not helpful, non compassionate.

This doctor is horrible .i have to go for hysterectomy surgery, i went to his office in the morning he didn't tell me if i had a heart murmurs and gave me clearance for the surgery .the gynecologist was so. Shocked and send me to have an ekg exam and the test revealed that i had 2 main veins clogging When i told him he wasn't care

he is an outstanding cardiologist who has saved my life- His testing caught my heart attack before my heart attack caught me.

Absolutely the most wonderful doctor ever! He is easy to talk to and very thorough. I feel like I am in the best care :)

Very arrogant. Very rude. When I learned my dad was dying I flew immediately to Fl. Waited hours in the hospital for Polakoff to come. He was extremely annoyed his golf game was interrupted and refused to discuss my father. Said he spoke to my uncle and one discussion was enough. Anyone treating someone who just learned their father only had hours to live in such a mean uncaring way doesn't deserve the respect of the title Doctor.

Dr. P is like a good ole friend. He cares for your health and well being with concern and medical ability. Easy going, good listener, and fine doctor who also smiles.

I think he is a good dr and has a good staff that cares about patients, HOWEVER they hired a new girl about 3 months ago, Desireen, that is just so mean and nasty to all the patients that she has no business working in a Dr's office! She gets information mixed up and treats patients terrible. Referrals take 1 week! I think this girl is going to single handedly ruin his practice! This lady talked so meanly to my wife. For that reason my wife and i cannot recommend him and we are changing Dr
