Wait time was minimal. MA was very cordial and friendly. Dr Frankel was knowledgeable, kind, professional and made me feel very safe. She had magic touch doing skin procedures.

Such terrible service I have appointment today no one notified me that they were closed today why you would give me a appointment if you were going to be close today. Terrible Customer service, need better training at this location so disappointed about the service, I cannot return back and use my insurance with this location no more

Receptionist told me ro hold and hang up on me,when I called about a prescription that was sent to the pharmacy that my insurance don't cover,so the pharmacy sent it back to them to change it from Monday, today is Wednesday and it have not been changed, I called Monday and a receptionist told me she put it on the doctor desk and it's Wednesday and none was sent to the pharmacy,I called back 3 times today and they keep telling me they put it on doctor desk,but that's the same thing they did Monday and today is Wednesday and I need the medication, now I called to let them know that I had called about this issue on Monday and nothing was resent,she say am to hold and then hung up on me,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, the doctor is nice,but receptionist need to know how to deal with people over the phone
