1 star for treating others badly

He is a sweetheart.. but I waited for two hours for him and when he finally came he fell asleep on me talking about everything that had nothing to do with me, and when finally woke up he didn’t know who I was and what I was doing there. He never even try to apologize after or called to explain himself.. it made me started thinking he had Alzheimer. For the fact the my files was charted wrong and putting someone else information in mine. Smh

I called to make an appointment and the lady who picks up has a horrible attitude. I prefer to hang out and look for other dr.

soooo the dr has an emergency and no one calls the patient who leaves work early and waited a month for the appointment to tell them it’s cancelled?? lol ok cooool. That is so unprofessional. gtfoh

New to the area and found Dr.Fingerer here at this site. I called and spoke with Lourdes the receptionist...She is professional and accommodating in setting up an appointment. While I was there waiting to see the doctor she is a very nice hostess as well. Upon meeting Dr. Fingered his warm approach and sense of humor caused some of the stress I was dealing with disappeared. He took time with me and was very thorough in looking into my situation. I left his office feeling relieved and reassured my condition would be all right. He is in no hurry with you and you might have to wait a little bit to get into your appointment. Would recommend Dr. Fingered to my best friends. Bob

Very helpful my waiting time after arriving he was very professional and explain with details my ear condition I was very pleased with office service at help desk. One of best Dr office I visit.

Dr. Fingerer performed a septoplasty. After my surgery, I had several appointments with him. My condition improved and I started to breathe slightly better; however, he assured me that my sinuses are chronically inflamed so I cannot breathe better that I did. When I visited another otolaryngologist, I found out that I have a hole in my septum and the septum is still deviated. Moreover, my new doctor advised me not to undergo any surgeries, because my nose can become easily fractured. I have a very fragile nose now. I cannot breathe better. And I cannot undergo surgery to have my condition improved. Dr. Fingerer never told me about the complications during the surgery. He lied to me. Therefore, I deserve to leave a feedback on US News about his practice. P.S. 1) Dr. Fingerer told me that Fluonase is not a steroidal medication. It is possible that he starts forgetting things. 2) He never checked my CT scans before the actual surgery. When I handed the disc to him he said he did not need it. 3) He told me that during his first surgery, he received the compliment from his attending physician, who said that it was the best surgery for a rookie that he has ever seen.

I haven’t done my procedure as yet, but so far he’s awesome. I love his receptionist she’s really sweet and punctual. The doctor is knowledgeable, experienced, funny, and has great bedside manners. He even goes as far as making sure you’re comfortable and go over the procedure and telling you how to prepare for surgery after and etc. I’m waiting for my surgery now I’ll come back with more updates.

I had such a wonderful experience, Dr. Fingerer informed me step by step about my procedure and made me feel at ease. He is very experienced and professional. I am very happy with my healing process. The staff was also very kind and attentive. Lourdes made sure to answer all my questions and cares a lot about his patients.
