We have used Responsive on several occasions for in-home care for our 95+ year old father and they have been fanstastic. Reliable, kind, helpful, pleasant and very observant. Highly recommend.

I found myself in a bind; got a call from my dad who lives 3,000 miles across the country in a panic about my mom needing assistance. I said I would find nursing help and home care. This was mid-day on a Friday FL time. I went online and started looking for help. Made a number of calls and left messages.Got a call back from Genevieve at Responsive. She explained that they don't do nursing care, but gave me 3 different recommendations of good people and gave me their direct cell phones. Chris from Complete Home Care came thru big-time and got a nurse to their house the very next day.At the same-time Genevieve worked with me to also set-up in home care. My mom was overcoming a severe infection and could not move well, and my dad would not admit to needing his own assistance, not just to take care of her, but for also help driving, with food, and home upkeep. Genevieve set-up service for the next week, and Valdine came and spent 8-hours for 5-days for a number of weeks. She also drove them to doctor's appts.My father could not thank me enough for helping arrange this, and I can't be more happy for the service they received, the other recommendations Genevieve made for other areas they needed help with, and now I know that I have a service to turn to should we need their help again.I recommend them highly (and CHC for nurse care) for anyone who needs!

In April we were faced with finding live-in care for my mother. Unfortunately we went with a registry not realizing the difference. After 2 months we knew it wasn't going to work out and began our search again. We found Responsive Home Care and it was the best thing we did! Because of our previous experience we wanted to interview Responsive before we moved forward with them. We met at their offices and Genevieve spent a lot of time going over their processes and listened to our concerns. We felt this was the right place to help us provide mother with the care she deserves by people who truly care about her. We were also given a tour of the offices and met the people who work in the offices. Genevieve then brought the care giver she thought would be a good match out to meet us and my mother. They spent a lot of time talking to mother and answering questions. They do routine unannounced drop ins to be sure everything is going well.We hired them and now have 2 very loving, caring ladies (one 4 days a week and one 3 days a week) who live with mother. My mother loves them, she always has a smile on her face and is very happy.Thank You Responsive Home Care for giving us peace of mind that my mother is well cared for and happy.
