List of Will Richardson's Reviews
Been going there for many years. After overexposure to sunlight, I needed a good reliable doctor I could see every few months for a skin cancer. Staff and the doctor are knowledgeable, polite and professional. I was so impressed I recommended my wife go here as well as many other patients.
Natura is by far the best. I’ve used them for both what I call “mole patrol” and cosmetics with laser resurfacing. I’m beyond please with the results of everything. I highly recommend their office. They changed the way I feel about myself and have always been there if I had questions and post treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his team.
Where do I start when everything was fabulous from the moment I walked through the door! The front desk staff was friendly and attentive to me, the office was aesthetically beautiful and clean, the assistants were fabulous and Dr. Richardson has hands of God! He is truly a gem and a genius! Dr. Richardson has a soft touch and his hands are gentle with his added voice of reassurance while injecting me - I look amazing and feel beautiful! I feel so blessed to have had this opportunity to meet such a wonderful office and an excellent physician like Dr. Richardson.
My personal experience with Natura Dermatology has spiraled from a bad experience to what now feels like a nightmare. It seems that all of this could have been easily prevented if Dr. Richardson had properly supervised one of his employees who sent a series of very inappropriate email messages to me and then retaliated against me with a false and hurtful post on a public forum. Yes, a Natura employee posted false and awful things about me online! The post was eventually removed and Dr. Richardson did apologize, which I appreciate. However, after a phone discussion with Dr. Richardson, I learned that the employee is still working there and that he still has access to my personal medical records. I've asked that the employee be blocked from accessing my personal medical records - Dr. Richardson indicated that it was not possible but he would look into perhaps deleting my records from their system, but wasn't quite sure if he could do it. I was very disappointed and somewhat alarmed by his response. I have no complaints about Dr. Richardson's clinical skills, I think he's a fine doctor and seems like a genuinely nice person as well. But his staff makes me feel unsafe! Also, my reviews and ratings of Natura on some other sites have mysteriously disappeared. Dr. Richardson, if you happen to notice an inaccurate fact in any of my reviews, please let me know and I'll gladly make a correction. However, I kindly ask that you don't attempt to have my valid opinions censured or silenced. Freedom of speech is a cherished American value and must be protected. Thank you.
I've received an extremely inappropriate series of responses from a person on Natura Dermatology's staff. I requested an apology for that staff member and did receive one. I've brought it to the attention to Dr. Richardson and I've not yet received and apology from him either.
The visit I had with Dr. Richardson was ok, just ok. I didn't feel a connection with him due to his personality. The major problem I have with his practice is the deceitful manner in which I was billed for cancelling a Mohs procedure. I cancelled several days in advance (the cancellation policy states 24 hours in advance) but was charged a cancellation fee because I was told I needed to cancel one week in advance for the Mohs procedure. The reason I was told was the specialist needed to be scheduled to be called in (Dr. Richardson is the specialist who performs the procedure) as well as putting a team together. This is completely absurd. The people who work with Richardson are already there. Another issue is the over zealous pushing of cosmetic products & procedures. They send texts, emails & will call harking specials that are being run on cosmetic enhancement. It appears the interest is in cosmetic procedures rather than dermatological problems.
Went there to have a bump removed from my forehead. I ended up with a scar and the bump been infected and not removed. Two weeks later I returned to him,and was directed to see a plastic surgeon since he couldnt do anything to help me and would not even y to fix his mistakes. It's been three month and still having problem,,,now looking for a new dermatologist.
Dr. Richardson was thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and swiftly arranged for a delivery of a prescription for my skin. I would highly recommend! All covid precautions were upheld as well.
I must say I was completely pleased with my results. I found it easy to make an appointment and staff was helpful with my concerns! I am a fan, and would recommend Natura and their staff for any cosmetic procedure!
Dr Richardson & His Entire StaffAre All Extremely Professional And Helpful.Dr Richardson Simply Said Is Absolutely Great!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
