Team at chen medical need more customer service training my parent was scheduled for the second dose of the vaccine today. Staff will call today an stated that they ran out didnt they know yesterday or the day before why call the morning of the appointment and state this.this is highly unacceptable for seniors to go through this

This team was so helpful with my aging mother. I 100% recommend them for those with Medicare. They helped get her on a plan that she would have never had had it not been for them. Her care is just beginning and I cant wait to see my mom improve because of the Chen Group
