They greeted me immediately, and within a few moments, I was in a testing room, having my hearing test. Results were clearly explained, then options were presented. They easily accommodated my insurance. We placed our order the same day and will have our custom programed hearing aids within 2 weeks.

My Phonak hearing aid needed to be repaired. They ordered replacement parts then called to schedule the repair. Took 5 minutes to complete the repair.
