100% Recommend Dr. John Bitner. I was going to go to California to get surgery and I happened to find Dr. Bitner after doing a lot of research online through google. I am SO HAPPY I found him! My life and confidence has drastically changed. I had hairline advancement and LOVE my results! As you can image, we all get scared and nervous when it comes to surgery, but Dr.Bitner PERSONALLY emailed me and replied to ALL my questions via email. Not many Doctors take the time to do that. He made me feel very assured that everything would be okay and gave me honest pros/cons of surgery. He was honest and upfront about the risks and benefits. I felt very confident selecting him as my surgeon. I am so much happier in life now. His staff are amazing and sooo friendly. I loved the nurse I had. She was so nice and so sweet. Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended. The nurse and staff is remarkable as is Dr Bitner. I was extremely impressed with the degree of information they give to prepare you for the procedure. You know exactly what to expect at all times in the process, and are all very available to address questions as they may arise. I was also very impressed with the access I had to Dr Bitner. Very different from surgery I have had at the hands of others before. The procedure went better than expected. Very happy with the outcome.

After meeting with a number of Doctors, I chose Dr. Bitner to perform my hair transplant. My main concern was how natural it would look. I did not want to have the "wall" of hair up front that I had noticed in many of the recipients photos online and in person that I saw. Dr. Bitner described his technique of mixing in single grafts up front to break up the hairline so that it had more of a natural transition. He is a true artist! I know that there are a lot of options for this type of surgery out there, but the placement of different size grafts is the most crucial part to have it look natural and Dr. Bitner has the artistic eye to make it look totally natural. I am now one year post surgery and my results are amazing! I wish I would have done it years ago, but I am glad I waited until I found the right Doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone considering this type of procedure!

I am 45 years old and had been noticing for the last several years that my hair line was receding a bit.. I called them my cul de sacs... I went to Dr John Bitner at Utah Hair Restoration and talked with him about my issue and what my options were. I learned about the process, time frame and the results I could expect. I am so happy that I decided to do this. My hair line is where I like it, my cul de sacs are gone and its all my hair. Love the results. So happy that I did it. Update - 06/19/13 It has now been six months since my surgery and I am very pleased with the results. My hair is much thicker and fuller than I thought it would be. The hair has grown in gradually which I like so it's not just an overnight change, but when I look at old pictures of myself I can tell a big difference. Very Happy! Original: I had hair restoration surgery with Dr. Bitner about ten days ago. The entire experience was amazing! I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Bitner and his staff were so professional and took such good care of me throughout the procedure that it ended up feeling more like a day at the spa. I had absolutely no pain that day and recovery has been easier than I expected as well. I was left with the impression that Dr. Bitner and his staff sincerely cared about my comfort and that the end result would look natural and give me the most bang for my money.
