After the surgery I had an allergic reaction to what was put in my I.V. and had to rush to the ER. I was going into anaphylactic shock. We called Petrellas office and informed them of my condition, yet NEVER heard a word from them....nice to know that they are concerned whether I lived through the surgery.

Every time I've gone to Dr Petrella whether it's for a finger of thumb a shoulder it has been an amazing experience he's truly very good at what he does and he's exceptionally courteous and kind

The staff is always helpful and very friendly. They are professional and competent in assisting me. I have never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes to be taken back to their examining room. Dr. Petrella and the PA's explain the problem and give options for curing the problem.

Dr. Petrella was very professional and helpful in establishing a care plan for my right knee osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, my experience with Kendra in the authorization process was unprofessional. When I called to check to see if the treatment plan and injectables were approved, I was told by Kendra that she didn't have time to wait on hold to find out if it was approved, and that I had to call them myself. I called and found out that it was approved the previous week, wasting a week in receiving treatment. My next negative experience was with the office manager. When I showed up for my appointment, she said that I was there on the wrong day. I stated that I had written it down while making the appointment over the phone, but she said I was wrong. I asked if I could be seen since I was already there but was told no, they had 200 patients every day and they require appointments. I left in pain and dissatisfied.

Dr Petrella was personable, kind dr. He couldn’t help me with rotor cuff problems that I was experiencing because after 2 surgeries, I still couldn’t raise my arm. He was honest. I appreciated that. My other dr that I trusted wanted to do it again!
