My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Alibrahim for 10 years. We moved here and she suffered greatly from asthma, and he was able to help her when other doctors couldn't. He and his staff are so friendly and kind. He accepts Medicaid and Medicare. I highly recommend.

For almost 5 years my kid battled sinus infection, pink eye (sinuses not draining properly),migraines, ear infections. She’s had ear tubes, removal of her adenoids, with no help. Antibiotic after antibiotic with no results. I finally figured I’d skip the pediatrician and go straight for an Allergist. Dr. Alibrahim at Advanced Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology has actually done something for her. First visit she was diagnosed. Put her on different medications It helped a little but not 100% and he’s going to keep trying until he finds a cure. I’m so HAPPY I finally have some answers! 🙌🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 star rating!

From start to finish of my ultra thorough appointment, the clinicians were amazing- answering all of my questions with patience and genuine kindness. Dr. A sat with me and explained my results and treatment plan even after the facility had closed on Friday evening- because I had questions and he was answering them. Loved my experience, and that I’m finally getting answers!

Outstanding, compassionate care from the first phone call. Everyone in the office is wonderful! My son had been sick for three months with low grade fever and unexplainable lab results. We had seen doctors and specialists all over northern Virginia. Meadowcrest Family Physicians referred us to Advanced Allergy and we had answers in the very first visit. I cannot give this office enough stars.

Excellent and Prompt Service! My appointment was a 9 AM, was seen at 9:03. I was not placed in a room to wait forever to see anyone. The whole experience was very efficient. Doctor Ayman was very intuitive, explaining everything in detail, as with the entire staff. He did not rush through our visit, taking as much time as "I" needed. This was no Monday and I'll be ready for my 1st shots on Wednesday. I'm hoping this excellent service will continue throughout my experience!

He has helped me immensely improving my existance life long allergies. He has never rushed my appointments and even repeated things he needed to be sure I understood. He has always listened with compassion to my complaints and explained what he could and could not help me with. His staff is efficient and warm. I have never had to wait overly long. Allergy shot days are always speedy.

Excellent staff, and Dr Alibrahim is very intelligent, has an excellent resume and is serious about treating you properly after testing, in my case. I would not go to any other allergist / imunologist doctor. I have a very good Dr, in Dr Alibrahim. Try him And the staff and you will not be disappointed.

My first time in office today. I got all my answers answered and got a solution for my allergies.

Doctor is amazing, caring. Always has time when my son is sick. Before Doctor's approach my son was in hospitals for breathing problems multiple times a year. Under Doctors care he sounds and feels wonderful. Thank You Doctor.
