C. Mark Fallows's Online Review Report Card

I have worked in pain medicine and am a harsh critic of other providers that do. Unfortunately I also have a lot of arthritic pain in my back which I am not interested in taking pain meds for, preferring alternatives such as injections/exercises. I found Dr. Fallows to be a very knowledgeable, patient and thorough physician. He thoroughly explained his reasoning behind his recommendations. His exam was not perfunctory but extremely thorough. I was never rushed and was provided plenty of opportunity to voice concerns and questions! Overall I was very impressed and would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone legitimately looking for pain relief.

The receptionist should stop passing judgment on people. She works in a doctors office and should hold a better and more professional character than what she has today! You don't know what someone is going through and you never know when you may end up in the same shoes as others. I suppose it's what it takes for some to learn to have some understanding and compassion towards the public in which you work with!

I concur with the letter that Ms. Townsend wrote about her unvaccinated Parents. I was going to make an appointment but changed my mind because of his prejudicial stance on Vaccination. The Irony of this is that this is a "Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine" also and should be reported to that society..

As a very healthy person I was surprised at experiencing sudden severe pain in my right side. Following a visit to the ER, Primary DR (multiple times), 3 Specialists, numerous tests, 2 misdiagnosis and 4 months, I was referred to Dr. Fallows for "Pain Management." This concerned me greatly as I had a long career dealing with narcotics and am very familiar with their destructive path. I quickly realized during the application process that this practice was very selective and focused on legitimate cases and solutions far away from the "pain pill mills" I was very familiar with. I was at ease upon scheduling my initial visit. I couldn't have been more informed or prepared for my first appt as I received at least two calls in which we had in-depth conversations regarding the reason for my appt. I was met with the kindest staff from the from Reception to Dr. Fallows himself. The appt was far more complete then I could have imagined. Dr. Fallows listened to everything I had to say and focused on the specific problems I was experiencing. He fully explained why he did not concur with the previous diagnosis and recommended one additional MRI. This was facilitated very quickly and I returned within 2 weeks to discover I had a herniated disc in a very rare location. I returned a week later (which would have been sooner but I had to stop taking a medication for at least a week.) I was a little nervous about having a procedure that involved an injection in my spine but also very prepared following my previous visits and further calls. At every step of the way, I was informed exactly what was happening, what I would feel and Dr. Fallows provided a complete review which included explanations of photos taken during the procedure and what to expect in the days and weeks to come. I wish I could name all of the staff by name, ALL of them deserve a big Thank You. Especially, Dr. Fallows who is a true professional and runs the best practice I have ever seen, as a patient or investigator. Thank You

This doctor is practicing the cancel culture. He is dropping all of his patients that have not had covid injections. He has that right. I have not had the injections I have never had the covid and I have always worn a mask when I have been in his office as required. I have known him and his family for 20 years. I do feel sorry for his new political practices. Otherwise I did get very good care of there from him.

This is my open letter to my parents pain management doctor who has denied them care after 20 years because they are unvaccinated. Dr. Christopher M. Fallows, DO 70 North Lecanto Hwy, Lecanto Florida refused to continue to care for my 84 year old Father and 82 year old Mother after 20 years with no notice and no assistance for a replacement physician because THEY ARE NOT VACCINATED. This is a breech of duty, discriminatory and downright neglect. All through the first outbreak Dr. Fallows saw my parents who are home bound except for necessary doctor visits and only my mom goes out to pick up food if I am unable to do it for her. They faithfully wore masks for their visits. I’m looking for an attorney to take this case and they both need a new pain management doctor ASAP. This physician has margainalized their ability to secure care and has violated their right to self determine their own medical care and make their own decisions based upon what they believe is safe for them given their medical history. This abrupt and harsh decision by Dr Fallows is wrong and implies only the unvaccinated can get COVID and that is not true and can be tangibly proven. It also implies that the unvaccinated do not deserve care nor do they deserve that the physician maintain the Hippocratic Oath that he took and do no harm. Make no mistake Doctor you have done harm to my elderly parents. Why was mask wearing good enough 4 months ago but not now? Why weren’t they given proper notice and help getting another doctor? Could it be because you want to force your opinions and beliefs upon them? What happened to objective compassion and care for your patients? I’d like to know Dr. Fallows. You should be ashamed of what you did. You abandoned them and you hurt them and I want everyone to know what you did so they can make an informed choice which is still everyone’s right here in America!

Thank you for putting your patients health and well-being ahead of selfish wants. Thank you for sticking up for the vulnerable!

Dr. Fallows and staff are extremely thorough. After lots of paperwork and interviews, the doc made some great suggestions concerning my health and pain levels. I appreciate their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. I switched from another pain doc that was a big zero on the bedside manner scale. This office is kind, professional, and helpful.
