Office personnel a very nice my doctor is dr keen, it’s very thorough and making sure he’s getting to the issue carefully. I will not deal with another doctor pertaining to my hands and shoulders ever again.

I've gone to Dr Keene with numerous breaks and one time surgery was needed he's always been there for me,courteous, knowledgeable and always explains everything. I have recommended him to a number of my friends who find him the same as I do. Would highly recommend him and the whole office doctors and staff

Wife went to see this physican rude and very poor bed side manner did not want to hear what wife had to say very detacted and basically called her a lier very much would not return rude not sensative to paitent needs

I had an appointment today for 8:00am. They told me to come into the office at 7:35. I was at the office this morning at 7:31. The receptionist was there, but the doors were locked. I waved, I have an appointment at 7:35. I gave her a few minutes to get off her behind. 7:35 I waved again. She was still sitting on her behind and totally ignored me. I left. I called the office at 8:00 when I returned home and told them what happened. They told me I don't know why that happened. I also told them, It doesn't look good for their office. Don't want to go to a Dr.'s office that doesn't know what they are doing.

I fell and broke my hip 4 weeks ago. Dr Keen did my surgery the same day. He has taken great care of me. He is not only an excellent surgeon he has a great way of making his patients feel relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend Dr Keen and Kendall to anyone and everyone.
