Dr Carreras literally saved my life. He was there for me and listened to me when other doctors wouldn’t. He found a rare blood disorder that I had that caused me some bad neuropathy and he was eager to help me get better. He did everything he could to help me and send me to the best specialists when it was beyond his scope. Hands down one of the greatest doctors I’ve had. I wish he had his own practice and he would be my permanent doctor. I had to switch from seeing him because PEDIM overall is horrible. I had so many problems dealing with the office and getting ahold of the doctor that it wasn’t even worth it anymore because I wasn’t even able to see him or ask him anything as PEDIM just kept piling on more and more patience because they want more and more money. He’s amazing though if you don’t mind dealing with the rest of the office and them just adding more and more people making it impossible to see him or leave a message with him.

Dr. Francisco Carreras-Miranda is an extremely intelligent young physician with a natural bedside manner that just can't be taught. Every appointment starts with a warm 'hello' and followed by the necessary uninterrupted doctor/patient interaction that so many physicians deprive patients of. He is thorough, patient, and an undeniably skilled diagnostician with solutions and answers to patient health issues and concerns. Dr. Carreras is exactly the kind of doctor anyone could hope for as their primary care physician.

Absolutely love this doctor. He listens and truly tries to help you without belittling you. He offers suggestions and if it’s a med your insurance doesn’t cover, tell him he isn’t a mind reader. He will adjust to help you financially. He was with me through my entire bout with Covid and he and his staff checked on me constantly and offered their advice to navigate through this scary situation.
