Hassan Baydoun's Online Review Report Card

(Edit 1) After writing my intial one star review we were contacted by Lisa and she made things right. We got seen the next day. My grandmother was treated with care and everyone was very polite. Go to place in Citrus for anything heart related. (Original 1 star review) The doctor is great; professional, one of the best in the area but the office has severe issues with booking. They have canceled my grandmother's appointment 4 times in a row because they overbooked.... I would love to rate this place much better but no one deserves to be treated like an afterthought.

This place really takes care of you and all work as a team!They are awesome.

This Dr. is the best, he really cares about his patients spend's time with them explaining everything so you can understand it. I would definitely recomend him. He is good at what he does.

My first time visiting Dr baydoun and I was impressed I'll definitely be going back there

Dr Baydoun has an amazing bed side manner. Listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions, taking time to explain how each procedure/medication would work and improve quality of life. When not in his wheelhouse he refers out and is right there when the procedure is preformed. Always visits in the hospital even when the issue is not the heart. I highly recommend.

Best Cardiologist. He is a very caring and attentive Dr. We have had nothing but excellent care and great experiences with Dr. Baydoun.

I thank Dr. Baydoun is the best I have had two heart caths from him he has been the best heart doc. I have been to for now over the past 20 years and I have been to several but so far he has been the best everyone's going to have bruising everyone may have issues with going through the arm and if you're awake and wiggling you're going to have bruising so as long as you're laying still doing what the doctor asks you are better off as far as I am concerned I would never have another heart doctor but him and my family agrees Sincerely Angela Webb

Short wait time. Pleasant office staff. Dr. Baydoun is very personable and thorough.

I was treated by Dr Alaa Boulad. It was a horrible experience. During a heart cath, I felt it and was wide awake whole time, experiencing much pain. After was in pain several weeks and bruised severely from groin area and all the way around to hip, due to where went in for cath, after he blew out trying to go in arm. After procedure, went to follow up, dr boulad said he wanted me back in a week to do ultrasound on entry area to see if anything concerning is going where he plugged artery. While checking out receptionist, who sets appointments, said that's not going to work and set me appointment over a month away. Being concerned, I called office after leaving and told desk, I want the dr to know how long his office girl set my appointment out and I'd like a call to discuss. Never got the call. I scheduled my own ultrasound with Inverness Medical Imaging and got it done in a couple days. I canceled future appointments with this doctor and got a new one. Very poor care and no compassion or concern about patients well being. Over a month later my artery would be whatever it was going to wind up being, whether it leaked or healed. Sincerely, James

My husband and I were both patients of Dr. Baydoun for approximately three years and were very satisfied with his service. We have since moved to Indiana, but would highly recommend him.
