Dr.Chung is phenomenal. If you want to know what a compassionate and caring family doctor is, make an appointment and spend some time sharing your concerns. You will know that he truly cares about your needs. These days we have access to data and how-to’s to meet our medical needs ; however, Dr.Chung fills in the gap and makes sure that all info is checked and vetted before you dive in.

Dr.Chung is a high caliber medical professional who provides holistic care for our family. My husband and I have received medical diagnosis, care, and services since COVID and he has never failed to answer all our questions and concerns. We need to have more doctoral like him who can really humanize the medical experience. He is also quick to transition to remote video appointment as needed. He is also multilingual and can understand and connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

I have been going to this doctor for over 3 years. He is clear and precise when communicating, takes the time to listen to my questions and/or concerns and never sugar coats anything in an effort to "Get in and Get out to the next patient" He is definitely fundamental to the success of Novant Health and I highly recommend him to everyone I know or even hear talking about finding the right doctor.

Hello Dr Chung, I am so glad I visited Dr Getz at Dundee Dermatology. He told me I don't have jock itch. I have "intertrigo". I bought 6 cans of Lotromin and did not need one. You told me to go there 6 weeks ago and I put it off. Thank you for recommending him. I will miss being your patient. You are a good man. May God bless you my friend, Jeff Kunze

Failure to follow up and refer to proper specialists resulted in hospitalization for 6 day for this issue ongoing for 6 months!!
