Dr Ferro was my Dr for most of 2022 She was able to speak to me and insurances to get what I needed. When I was in trouble and needed a rescue she acknowledged it and assured me of being there when needed.

One of the absolutely worse doctors in The Villages. She diagnosed me with having an autoimmune disease and when I asked her “Which one?” very rudely answered “I don’t know”. She prescribed steroids and antibiotics, which was the wrong treatment! Luckily, I did not take her advise and sought another doctor. Dr. Villa scheduled lab work and a few CT Scans of lung and throat. The imaging came back with nodules on my thyroid. My next appointment with Dr. Villa is soon. Dr. Ferro’s next appt. wasn’t until the end of August, but her office called me to say she was going on vacation in August and rescheduled my appointment for the end of September!!! Even a dog gets better treatment than how Dr. Ferro treated me. I cancelled that appointment.
