Absolutely the worst care ever received. Worst bedside manner. Very arrogant and seems to think he walks on water. Saw him once then never saw him again only saw staff and nurses if thats what you want to call them. The staff actually called ME to ask about test results and to find out what was being done for me. Never get a call back when I call the office. I am done with this fake doctor. Besides he has an acute illness which he refused to even tell his staff what it is never mind the patients.

The nurse is very unprofessional rude lacks knowledge and customer service skills. Normal office duties such as prescribing medications fulfilling requested refills and explanation of medication changes are very delayed. There was a situation where the doctor prescribed a medication even though my records state that I am allergic. This was due to treating me without reviewing my file beforehand or during the visit. My file was then reviewed a few days later and a new medication was prescribed. I will not utilize this office any longer and do not recommend it.

Dr Pellegrino is never there when you have a appointment with him and the doctor that you have to see spends 10 minutes looking up you symptoms on Google on his phone
