Avante At Leesburg's Online Review Report Card

All the staff at Avante was very attentive and kind during my sister-in-law’s stay. The nursing staff was always there to answer my questions and concerns, and therapy was amazing with getting her back on her feet. Social Services was helpful with making sure we had everything we needed when she was able to come home.

A fantastic organization! Great support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informative and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know!

This place is clean and my mom is well taken care of my only complaint is there is no phone service so I can't talk to my mom. Hardly no one ever answers the phone to transfer the calls it's very frustrating to get through to my mom could take 2-3 days

My grandmother was here in early 2020 due to covid 19, while in understood that given the present situation at the the time things were not normal I however find the level of care provided inhumane . Thank god she had a cell phone and could call us to let us know how she was being treated . Not only did avante failed to give adequate care they also released her to me with a foley device that had been in place for more than a month . Filed a complaint about a care giver being rough with my grandmother and was ignored was told during the initial process that the cost associated were covered in full by the insurance company because of covid . Now I’m receiving bills with an amount due but when asked for itemized statement the billing manager keeps sending a blank statement with not a single explanation of what services were rendered . This place looks depressing things were stacked up by exists visible when walking around back . Since the governor wouldn’t allow in person visits we had to walk behind the building to see my grandmother and from the looks of the room she was in the place is filthy . Was also given belongings from another resident and had to drive back to return them also my grandmothers clothing was missing in the items returned to us by the facility and just today I got another statement after asking yet again for a detailed statement for each service rendered so I could compare them to the amounts billed to the insurance company. Still nothing

My mom was here Horrible place. They refused to transfer her to another rehab. When I called to find out why my moms transfer was not done I was hung up on and my aunt called and was hung up on. I went in myself to get my mom she was on the floor. I called 911 to get her taken to the hospital and taken out of rehab.

My Stay at Avante at Leesburg was fantastic! The administrator and DON were very attentive to my needs. My CNA Bre was amazing!!! Shyanne in admissions made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was spectacular. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Amazing staff! Executive Director is so caring and in this position for all the right reasons! Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing are an amazing team as well! They are on top of any issues that may come up! Such a big improvement from the past years!!!

They discharged my father back to his memory care facility and said he had no wounds. The memory care facility discovered three leg wounds that could have been treated at Avante, instead my father ended up in the hospital 4 hours after he was released. Also terrible communication throughout his stay. Messages left. No calls returned.

My family member has been living here for awhile now and recently, the facility has had new management start working there. They are the best and have great customer service!
