When I called to setup my new patient appointment the person was very nice but when I told her I had Medicare insurance only she quickly placed me on hold. After I waited a while on hold I hung up. If you only have Medicare insurance don’t try and go here.

Dr. Sheridan helped repair my eyes after another physician performed surgery that went terribly wrong. I went to 4 other physicians before someone recommended me to him. I firmly believe he saved my vision. I have continued to see him annually and he has continued to be a caring, down to earth man and physician. He knows me on sight without having to review my file, he always has the answers I need and his staff is just as great. Just had terrific assistance from Jackie in being measured for new lenses...just really love this team!

At one time I would have given 5 stars. My wife and I were discharged after a rather unpleasant interaction with some secretary in his Eustis office for making a reasonable request. This without a call from the Doctor and after many years of being clients. The way this issue was handled I would not recommend to anyone.
