Johnny Gurgen Do's Online Review Report Card

Very caring and professional staff. Before moving here to FL. I had noticed a small scaly patch on my face. I chose this office after reading the reviews and because they do MOH's surgery, which I've had done twice in the past. They needed to take a biopsy of this area. While doing this procedure they periodically asked how I was doing to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain, I gave them a thumbs up every time. Very pleased with the overall experience at their office. About 7-10 days later I got a call with the lab results. (All was good!)

Dr. Gurgen and his entire staff at both offices have always been friendly and professional. I've been treated by Dr. G., his brother, and Molly. Dr. G. performed his Mohs procedure on my neck to remove a significant basal cell cancerous area. It was totally painless!! I am appreciative of his professionalism and surgical skill. I certainly will recommend this award-winning physician and staff. And, yup, I am certain more minor skin lumps and bumps will continue to pop-up (ugh, paying for all the lawn mowing jobs I did as a kid), and I feel comfortable in returning here. You will, too!

Went to see this doctor for skin problem and never got a direct answer, but never seem the doc . Seem an AP, and what she said made no sense

I don't write many reviews but when I do you can bet I mean every word of it. I have been going to Dr. Gurgen for several years now, and I must say I have never been more impressed with his office staff, and Dr. Gurgen himself. They are one of the few doctor offices that truly takes the time to sit and listen to your needs. Imagine that, not feeling like you are being rushed out the door so they can see more patients to make more money. Not here Dr. Gurgen truly only cares about me the patient not the $$ like so many other people. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like "Norm of Cheers" (us older people will get the reference). There are no long waits like at other offices where if your appointment is at 1pm you are seen within a few minutes of that time. Most of the staff was very professional and kind. Cannot comment on Dr. Gurgeon per se because I went in for an annual check-up and didn’t see him. However, I was disappointed in the young physicians assistant visit. He was very knowledgeable but there were a couple things of concern. I filled out the survey they sent after my visit (which I always appreciate!) and stated my concerns so they would be aware of my experience for their records. All in all, It was an okay, average visit with the PA.

Dr.Gurgen and his whole staff are great. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere but professional. A special shout out for Lacey who is excellent at giving injection. She is a very pleasant and explains things in a way you can understand . Just an all around nice person and an asset to your practice.

This office is very efficient. Michael Gurgen is very thorough and there is hardly any wait time. I definitely recommend this practice for your dermatology needs.
