List of The Main Street Dentists's Reviews
Best dentist I’ve ever been to. All the staff are friendly and positive (and cute 😉), the atmosphere is awesome (warm and cozy), and you can tell that they care about doing a good job.
They got me in on super short notice for a dental emergency while I was on a business trip in the area. They were kind and compassionate and provided excellent care. They also have a also have a warm and inviting space that makes the experience more comfortable Truly, one of the best dental experiences I have had and there is no doubt that I will visit again next time I am in the area.
I had a wonderful experience with both the dental hygienist and Dr George. I have had multiple procedures here with including a root canal and an old crown on my front tooth that broke. Dr George was able to build a new one in his office and it is absolutely perfect. The hygienists are amazing and the front staff is always kind.
The Main Street Dentist is not a reputable firm. March 4, 2025, I scheduled an appointment for a broken tooth. They did a comprehensive oral evaluation, a intraoral full mouth Image, Cost 208.00. I was given a Treatment case sheet. Next, April 6, 2025, they did upper and lower on right side, Perio scale/root pin, Cost 398.00. I wanted to book their next recommendation following the treatment sheet, but, was told not at this time. They scheduled a cleaning or Periodontal Maintenace for June 10th. I told them I had an appointment for May 23 for the extraction of my erupted exposed tooth. They could not fine the scheduled appointment. I showed the office card they gave me and they still denied it. They keep you coming back and never doing what Dr. Stephen George said he would do. Extract my broken tooth. So, my tooth is still broken and in severe pain and they still wanted to do the cleaning, I refused. My final expense after they were supposedly through, was going to cost 2610.00. Worst of all I shared my experience with others, and they had similar experiences. To continue my message from today. Today, June 10, 2025. I was schedule for a cleaning when I was supposed to be schedule for extracting of a tooth. I came in pain today asking Dr Stephen George for his assistance for the pain of a tooth he said he would extract, March 4, 2025. They were all coming from a lunch. As I asked to speak with Dr. Stephen George, they said he was busy. I pleaded with a young lady and said please have him call me at home. As I turned around, they were all laughing with Dr. Stephen George. I asked him as he was coming from lunch at 12:00, if he would answer one question. He stood there the back of the office with his coffee and said he was busy. I believe he already had plans not to help me. I was the show to them for today, amusing is what one assistance said. How humiliating it was when I was in such pain. I understood, they had no plans to help. I went to the car and waited and think. Then I went back into his office, and they were all around Dr. Stephen George laughing. I requested all my records and Dr. Stephen George said it would take a few weeks. A young lady handed me a Dental records release form and said it would be emailed to me in a week. I am documenting everything today. As I came back in to get my records, I asked once again, Dr Stephen George, if he could tell me why he would not follow his treatment plan sheet he gave me. He said he did not give it to me. I realized then and there they did not want to assist as they had said. I was a joke for whatever reason. Dr. Stephen George, said he was a busy man with, i quote, "4000" patients. It is sad, you couldn't have just told me the truth. You were going to set me up with a day worker that comes from Orlando, that had never worked there before is what Kay told me the day before. By the way, there were only 3 people in the office at the time, and they could not even answer a question which he had promised he would fix or extract my tooth. Because they were too busy.
Office manager Jordan very rude. This office is full of Trumpers. They only care about MAGA Patients. Just no longer comfortable.
main street dentists do not accept any form of insurance. when i called to validate the online new client form was in their file with personal ssn and driver's license numbers, the secretary could not find the file. lost with all sensitive personal data. again, they accept no insurance..only cash! rh ltc, us army
This was my first time here I got a new crown done. The dentist is so gentle and his assistant was amazing. I look forward to my next visit.
Just the best dentist that I have gone to. Gentle manner. Most accommodating. Will work with your schedule. Great family.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They truly do treat you like family
This is yet another medical/dental practice with policy changes that are focused on finance as opposed to patient benefit & risk. As a patient for well over a decade: and referred countless peep, i took this disappointment personal. The trust & admiration I had for my dentist is gone along with the friendly warm feeling once so evident in the environment. Nothing lasts forever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
