My wife and I a terrible experience with kelly,the office manager of VIP LESSBURG OFFICE. She is very disrespectful, can't handle Seniors needs like my wife and I. The doctors are excellente, but Kelly is so evil that she got away for us to change our PCP.I really hope that someone from upper management see this post and look into it.
