I love dr Frank's he has always been great with my son ever since the day he was born and greyson is completely comfortable with him .which is impotent since he is autistic yes the wait time is slow and sometime ya get the odd reception a little rude and so.e hang up on you . We have of days . Making appointments in past has been a problemNever use to be that way . A lot has changed over the years . But I still love dr Frank's. He is a good man

I chose Dr. Franks as my son's pediatrician because my daughter has been a patient there for four years. The place has really changed. The wait times are unbelievable and getting anyone on the phone is near impossible unless you call the second they open.

The worst pediatrician I've ever had for my babies, everything with him and them at CHC is a mission!! He has no patience at ALL. He should just retire already,They put you on hold for an HOUR to make a simple appointment,They don't care about the patients only the $$$$ If I could give them Zero star I would!!!

Will never take my children there again.... Patricia r.Cecil pnp is a very poor children's nurse practitioner. If your child has special needs... I'd stay away from this doctor....

My daughter would not be alive right now if it weren't for Dr. William Franks. He went with his gut and discovered she had Leukemia when no other doctors believed it could be possible. He is the best, without a doubt. He is kind, focused, experienced, patient, thorough, and explains everything very well. His staff is pure gold, always so sweet and considerate, I really feel that my children are important in this office. A little wait time for a doctor that could save your baby's life is worth it in my opinion, especially considering the wait times are due to his determination to see every child that needs him that day. My time is nothing compared to their health.It is also important to note that some of the reviews left regarding the long wait time were made during the height of flu season. Waits in every clinic of every kind will be high during that time of year as well all know. Do not turn away from such a rare find like Dr. William Franks over such a trivial matter.

Dr. Frank seems good but the wait time is extremely ridiculous I have waited no less than 2 and a half hours every visit so far and we have been here 3 times

First of all love the staff are so friendly and outgoing and caring then we got to talk to Dr. Frank who is awesome. My daughter called the day before and got right in the next day for an appointment for her twin girls..

Certain appointment setters are rude. Not to mention your on hold for an hour to get appointment. Wish they would fix that cause the doctor is excellent.
