He's really a one of a kind type of doctor. He's very kind, has great manners, spends a lot of time answering your questions, knows his stuff, I'm just very grateful he's my doctor!

I live in southern Ohio, and after not being able to get scheduled for mohs surgery in my community I flew to Florida after a family member referred me to dr. Kontos. I would wear you out talking about my overall satisfaction with this practice. Every step of the process went well. So very impressed with the entire staff, and most importantly I trust dr Kontos so much. I visit Florida 2 or 3 times a year and will continue to come to his practice for my dermatology screenings etc.

Friendly, professional, helpful staff

Cannot say enough about Dr. Kontos and his Staff. Professional, Caring, Thorough. As new patients my husband and I are extremely fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Kontos.

I have been more than and continue to be extremely grateful for 5 years under the watchful care of Doctor Andrew Kontos and his spectacular staff. They have discovered innocuous growths that I would never have speculated to be harmful, ranging from tons of actinic keratoses, to basal cell carcinoma, to squamous cell carcinoma. He thoroughly took the time to explain my concerns with all possible resolutions. Nerves got the better of me just before my MOHS surgery so much so that I never thought my sky high blood pressure would return to normal! But Dr. Kontos and his staff readily displayed reassurance, kindness, care, and comfort. And were they ever right. Absolutely no pain due to Dr. Kontos' medical expertise - before, during and after. Follow-up care is beyond magnificent!

Was very efficient and great staff and great treatment solution

I had been going to this practice for approx. 8-10 months. I was there one day to have a Mohs which I did not think I needed and wanted to ask a single question about the medication I was on for another issue. Doctor told me that I could NOT ask him a question about another problem and then he pretended that it was all about interfering with his NP’s practice (remember she works for him). First, I did not allow for the MOHS procedure as I think he over uses the Mohs procedure to get more money out of the patient and insurance and this proved it because he would not answer a single question about a medication that his office put me on. I have worked in the medical field and they do this because they want to get another office visit to collect more MONEY; I then called his office to talk to the NP and was called back from a MA/LPN to say that I could ask her the question and she would get the answer because if I talked to the NP over the phone I would be billed!

I was sent to Dr. Kontos by the VA because they didn't have a Mohs surgery at the VA in Cape Coral. Dr. Kontos and his team did a good job. Thanks for helping the veterans

Excellent staff (Sonya, Scott, Stephanie and Penny to name a few) who are reflective of Dr. Kontos' patient care. Very knowledgeable, helpful and caring! Dr. Kontos did an excellent job of dealing with squamous and basal skin issues I had. He takes care of you as if you were family. Excellent skills and does what is best for the patient.

From the first visit for a biopsy to the mohs surgery, the staff was very professional and caring. Dr. Kontos put me at ease, answered all my questions, and was very skilled at performing the surgery. I can’t say enough good things about the Doctor and his staff.
