I take my mother to Dr. Raphael and he is wonderful with her, very caring takes time to listen to her and goes over her medicine with me regularly! I am so thankful we found him. I didn't want her going back to the big Dr. Offices where she's just a number!

wife went to his office waited half hour to be seen, dr rafael spend 15 minutes reading her previous test result and interpreted the numbers and the results which she did not need help with as it was explained to her by different doctors , he recommended referral to an eye doctor and before my wife daring attempt to ask her first question or health complaint he said to her " I AM SURE YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE QUESTION BUT YR TIME IS UP" So she left and decided not to return back under any circumstances I had to choose 1 star to 5 i wish i could vs chosen ZERO

Staff lies repeatedly.....stay away!!!!

Was told because of a medicine problem with our insurance, my husband could come and get a sample to tide us until the insurance got straightened out. When I call to go get it, they now say they don't have samples in the office. Now my husband will be without asthma medicine for 5 days....I am looking for a doctor whose staff doesn't lie to patients.

I hope people read these reviews before making an appointment. Unfortunately, I took my dad here. My 96 year old dad had a severe chest pain on September 11th, 2022. BR saw him on September 12th 2022, for the chest pain. I have a total of three red flags. (1) after the chest pain, BR did not do an EKG or blood work. Honestly, this is it: he refilled a prescription (from 2018, by Dr. Laughtenbach) for atenolol. He wrote a new prescription for nitroglycerin. (2) My father and BR went to the same seminary in Louisville, KY. They had a conversation about that at a previous physical (before the 9/12/22 visit): they repeated the exact conversation word for word on 9/12/22, sounds as if we're dealing with dementia (Dr. and patient?) If not, why didn't BR pick up that they already had the exact conversation and give Dad a cognitive test? (3) BR nor Alphonsus Zohlandt, have given dad a cognitive test, which is required by Medicare! I happened to have saved a cell phone number and tried to contact BR via text, as his office did not return my call for 2 days to get Dad another appointment! BR took offense and refused to see dad, unless it was an emergency! I would never darken the door of this establishment for any reason, especially an emergency 🤣, and I'm glad he took offense and was rude in his response (took him 17 hours to respond via text 😜)! Thankfully dad is back with Dr Laughtenbach of millennium physician group! I highly recommend Dr. Laughtenbach!!! I believe BR has something to hide and it's sad for his patients 😢 (Maybe Alphonsus Zohlandt should not be practicing either, since he fails to follow Medicare guidelines)! 👍

Doc is the first physician I have ever been to who took the time to know me, and seemed to honestly care about his patients as people, and their well-being. He doesn’t run people through the office as fast as possible after making them wait forever in the lobby. A truly great experience with a truly great doctor. His staff are all amazing. My whole family loves this office.

Doc is the first physician I have ever gone to who took the time to know me, and genuinely seemed to care about me as a person and my well-being. Not just get me in and out as fast as possible to maximize profits.

Dr Raphael is awesome, He listens and explains things, other doctors just rush you out of the office. I am In Good health, so I only get to see him as needed. There should be more drs. like this, My friend recommended him. Never a problem getting in to see him if the need arises. Very grateful for this man

My family doctor for over 10 yrs. I would not have any other doctor ever. Not only is he a great doctor but a fine and respected man. Thank you for the best medical treatment anywhere.
