Therapist refuse to see me because I had not pay the co-pay. When I challenged them, explaining that my credit card was on file, she still refused. The office did not seem to care. Imagine if that session was going to save my life?? When dealing with mentally ill patients practitioners must use caution. Then, they had the nerve to charge me a no-show fee, which they refuse to remove. horrible experience!

After years of trauma my family and I began to crumble. My daughter was unable to basic day to day things, I couldn't stop crying, our home became a prison. Finally we had to reach out for help. EliteDNA and the BHDS program has transformed myself and my children. We're getting the support and care we've so desperately needed along with the many tools to succeed in having a good life. From therapy and psychiatry to the day program EliteDNA has helped us help ourselves. We're excited for what our future has in store! Twyla has been instrumental in my daughters care! She has provided her so much support and relief. Isabel Gonzalez has also transformed my daughter and her outlook. They are both two amazing women who give so much to help others in need. Thank you for all the help you've provided my family EliteDNA!
