I highly recommend this place. The girls in the front are very professional and nice.

I could not recommend this doctor more! He is super attentive, takes his time, and answers all of my questions without any problems. The staff is extremely nice as well! They answer the phone fast and one can really tell they care for there patients. I’ve been Into the office many times with no problems. And I can not stretch how fast they try to fit one into there schedule!

This is the best Cardiologist doctor I’ve been to! The staff is super sweet and attentive. I’ve been to the office 3 times already and have had no issues whatsoever. Because I was having issues with my medication, they squeezed me in the very next day! The Doctor really cares for his patients and takes his time to explain and answer all the questions. I could not recommend more!!

The 3rd time dealing with the office staff being completely unprofessional. Wouldn't refill the heart medication in which I am out of. Disregarded the refill request instead of calling to see about an appointment, Just disregarded it. Only after I called was I Offered an appointment that was over a month away. I would have gone without the medication for 21 days, Although the medication said I should never ever stop taking it. Completely rude, I would not recommend this practice in any fashion.

I took my teenager son to see Dr. Turalic. He is fantastic. He made my son feel very comfortable during the examination. Making it easier for me to comeback. Every time we have a doctor appointment my son gets very anxious and ask me all kind of questions. He felt so comfortable last time we went to see Dr. Turalic that I was surprised he didn't ask any questions this time. Dr. Turalic took his time to kindly respond to all my questions. I have been worry about my son probably having a heart condition since he was born and thanks to Dr. Turalic all these pass years of not knowing was put to an end. When he gave us the good news I couldn't hold my emotions. I'm so embarrassed I cried but I was so happy to hear my son was fine. I couldn't help it. Even then the Dr. was very kind. He didn't made feel ridiculous. He was very understanding of my emotions. The test my son needed to have done needed to be clear by the health insurance and this took months. This made us miss the appointment we had scheduled for this important test. I was very pleasantly surprised that no the Dr. or the staff gave us an attitude about it. We have been in places the made us feel uncomfortable like if we didn't care about the appointment or it wasn't important to us. We have had problems with our insurance everywhere we go. I'm not say if you go to Dr. Turalis office you will have the same problem, what I am trying to say is that they treated us with kindness and respect even though we couldn't go as agreed. The staff are super nice. There is a young lady called Jillian, I'm not sure I'm spelling her name correctly. I hope she doesn't mind. She was very nice and respectful. There was also a young girl - two years older than my teenager son - on the way out that made conversation with him. They spoke about school. It was so nice to see her doing that because again, my son hates to go to Doctor's appointments. He came out of there happy. We came out of there happy. Oh, I forgot, the gentleman technician that gave my son the test also was amazing. If you are looking for a Cardiologist office where the Dr. and the staff are off the charts, go here. You won't regret it.

The nurses are very friendly with their patients & they don’t aggregated easily, they handle every situation professionally. Now the doctors is very amazing and care for his people. The staff is also bilingual which is very helpful

At my visit, the staff was very kind and very competent. Dr. Turalic spent so much time with me, it ate into his lunch time and the lunch time of his staff, but they didn't show any impatience. I only realized how late it was as I was leaving. I've been to several cardiologists in the recent past for a heart problem that is apparently uncommon. I was delighted to find Dr. Turalic very knowledgeable about my illness and its source. He went to medical school and residency in NYC, so has probably seen every cardiac pathology known to man. I feel safe having on the case. I also feel very fortunate to have found a doctor like him in Lehigh Acres.

Amazing office and environment, staff speaks English and Spanish and are very compassionate.
