List of Jeffry Garner's Reviews
I really like Dr. Gardner. He's very nice and doesn't just make decisions for me. He lets me make decisions about my prescriptions and health. And he listens. The staff there are all very nice too. I have been going to see him since early 2020 and I have never had a negative experience.
i have been going here for years, the doctors are the best!!!i have from time to time seen each doctor, all are friendly and thoroughlove this group of doctors!!!
I was referred here by an acquaintance who has Dr Gardner as their physician. For my husband and I to get established We had to see a Nurse Practitioner as getting in with Dr Gardner would be 4 months out!! First impression of NP he's nice so was his Medical Assistant but the staff mainly the one who checks you out before you leave is very unprofessional and rude. She has no customer service... shoves papers at you to sign, gets irritated if you ask questions. In the short period we were there we never saw her smile and acknowledge patients in a friendly manner. My hubby had bloodwork done but never got results. He ended at an emergency visit to a hospital with my husbands condition. We did a follow up visit and gave the MA and NP all the documents of his visit to the ER. Apparently the office still didn't have his blood work he had done over 3 weeks. He finally gave my husband medication and they would call us back regarding the official detailed bloodwork results. We left messages and never heard back. We switched doctors office. We love, love, love, the staff and doctor at our new health care center!!!
This Doc saved my life. Told me to go directly to hospital after infection in knee. He is the best!
Dr Garner is a caring OB/GYN with a lot of experience and a great bedside manner. Yes, you may wait longer than you want during your appointments, but that is true of any OB/GYN. Emergencies happen and they may be needed elsewhere.
First off I like Dr Gardner-but his staff sucks, Jill won't answer questions over the phone if she doesn't like them, and you never get to actually speak to Dr. Gardner OR Jill (his P.A.) without making an appointment and god help you if you need to be seen soon because your appointment will probably be at least 3 days out.As a disabled veteran there are certain medications that I need for certain trauma I suffered in Iraq. Dr. Gardner was quick to give the prescription but refuses to give the prior authorization that blue shield requires. Jill told me to just pay cash price, at $500/month, because it's the only way I'll get it because they refuse to give the prior authorization.Yes the whole prior authorization thing is stupid, but when it's the difference between getting meds and not I don't care. If a Dr won't do what's required to get you the care needed then what good is he? What would happen if my kids needed meds, would he tell them to pound sand to?I'm not going to stick around to find out.
Dr. Gardner himself is great but his back office staff; including the male Nurse Practitioner and the dark hair lady that works the checkout counter are ridiculous to say the least. The "nurse" walked out after my visit before I had a chance to discuss all I needed to. The female employee at the checkout counter is just out-right rude and a total idiot. She's the one who works there and she's asking me, "what my co-pay is"... how about you do your job and figure it out. I'm the one coming in and paying money and you guys are the ones making money. Let's provide some descent customer service. Wouldn't waste your time unless you're going to see the Dr. the actual doctor.
I really liked Dr. Garner, he was kind to me, very understanding and took me on as a patient. I referred my daughter to see him, as well. I went with her to see him. To her he was downright rude, cruel even. I was shocked and told him so. He, literally, shouted at her, several times, saying exercise will cure you. She told him that she was exercising, he shouted then exercise more. After standing up to him, I could fully see that he didn't remember me, he backed off. Later I wrote him a letter, he never answered, then they fired us both as patients. If you have an auto immune disease, namely Fibromyalgia, do not seek his help. He doesn't have the right approach to helping you with this terrible, unrelenting disease.
Good doctor, bad front desk HELP, they are not nice or polite. Won't return ever, I'll find a new doctor with staff that care.
My wife and I have had Dr. Gardner for almost 20 years. He's very good, but popular. Make an appointment accordingly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
