Listen Dr. Lomas I love you, and you are always so caring, and great at what you do HOWEVER.. I was there YESTERDAY for my prescription refill for my everyday medication I've been taking for years that is not good for me not to take. I asked if my script would be ready Friday, and you said it would be. I went friday after work, and it was NEVER sent in. I even mentioned I was going out of town, so just wanted to make sure I would have them. VERY disappointed. Ill be at your office bright and early monday to see where things went wrong, and get my refill

The clerical staff is polite but the office is in state of confusion with way to many people booked and wait time is unreasonable.Trying to get records sent out is a major feat.Very disappointed with treatment.

Extremely poor customer service. You can never get in touch with anyone. I’ve had so many problems trying to refill mine and my daughters prescriptions. Even when you get sn answer from them they don’t really help you. It looks as if her employees do not want to work there. The office used to be awesome. That’s not longer the case. Very sad to see it happening.

Compassionate, caring, down to earth. So thorough and so knowledgeable. I never feel rushed. Lucky to have her as my doctor.

Poor patient care! No answered calls, return calls, and malpractice all around. You call the emergency on call and it hangs up on you. I had an issue that could have been avoided if a phone call were answered and or messages returned, it resulted in a visit to the emergency room (3 weeks calling and leaving messages) Shame on this office! Note, You also get the bait and switch at this practice. You go in to see Dr. Lomas one time and are stuck seeing her inferior physician assistant after, Cameron Hackley. He does not follow up with patient care at all. I am reporting to Medicare- they should loose their credentialing due to their malpractice care. My issue is not the only one, read everyone’s reviews of this office, talk about a malpractice -practice. Stay away from this office if you value your health. *I have filed a grievance with Medicare. I hope this helps save patient’s lives who are in danger of receiving this type of inferior healthcare by this office.

Dr. Lomas, Dr. Cameren and associates have proved to provide superior care to my family and I. As a family with medical issues we have been blessed to have been referred to this practice. Thank you all for your care.

I cannot get ahold of anyone here to reschedule my appointment. No matter how many times I call or leave a voicemail. They do not answer or return phonecalls. I need to reschedule my appointment. After trying several times now, I better not be charged a fee.

Best doctors ever

I would not send my pet to Dr. Lomas

A family member is a patient kf Dr. Lomas and has seen Cameron Hackley also. Dr. Lomas has always been respectful and seems to be a good doctor but Cameron is a different story. Cameron has ZERO empathy towards his patients. He has many health issues and needed to follow up at Dr. Lomas' office after a hospital stay. As he was waiting for Dr. Lomas to come into his room, Cameron opens the door and says "I thought you'd be dead by now". Was going to let this slide until coming across another patient of their office that was terminally I'll with cancer. They told me it was pretty bad that their own family doctor said the exact same thing to them. Proceeded to ask who their family doctor was and replied with Cameron Hackley. This kind of bedside manner is disgusting and unacceptable. This is something that should never come out of any Healthcare providers mouth if they truly cared about their patients.
