If you wanna die ,, this is the place !!! I wait more than 30 minutes to somebody appear at the emergency check in on me and after 30 minutes , nobody on the desk by emergency this place need more staff immediately !!!!They need more nurses !!! More educated staff at the desk !! They spend in the phones the whole time !!! I will report to the health department !They need more and new nurses and more doctors this is unprofessional and unacceptable !!!! Shame of lehigh acres !!! Lehigh acres need a bigger Hospital !!!! Please somobody do something !!!!

Had to go in for broken collarbone to ER, Staff was great and helpful. Never had such a great experience with a bad experience. The women who gets your weight and blood pressure when you first check in was super nice and made the whole experience so positive. Didn’t haft to wait so long and am glad I chose to go here,

The experience this time wasn't as bad as last time. After enduring heaps of attitude and lecturing from the EMT personal, I arrived at Lehigh Regional. That's a separate issue I'll take up with the EMT community. My complaint about the ER is the same. It takes so long to receive any type of pain relief. There's no sense of urgency to relieve pain and suffering. Then there was my experience in room 215. Not much improvement from the ER. Same situation. It took so long to receive any type of relief from the discomfort I felt. Here's the icing on the cake. Before I was discharged, Dr. Saba proceeded to lecture me about my medical needs. His tone and demeanor was extremely condescending, rude, and he was out of line when he called me an alcoholic. I don't need to be called an alcoholic to know I have a drinking problem! I can look into the mirror everyday and see that. Thank you very much.

Recently had a error with billing. Jessica said she would take care of it. After 11 phone calls I’ve decided to just pay the bill so my credit doesn’t get ruined. Not worth the headache!!! Sadly she sounded like she was going to help but did nothing!

The worst hospital I've ever been to. Dr. Coyle was very disrespectful to my wife first of all. She would not give me my medication I take at home and would not help my excruciating level 9 pain. I literally sat on the side of my bed rocking back and forth in pain for six hours one night and the nurse did nothing about it and eventually stopped coming to my room at all. Dr.coyle should have her license revoked ASAP. My wife had to call management to get proper medication. I would put 0 stars if possible. Do not go to this hospital!

The tech Hugo, Dr. Bojan, and my nurse Natalie were very professional and helpful during my visit. They definitely made it a good experience at a time when I was not feeling well.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the Lehigh Regional Medical staff. I went in with abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a small bowel obstruction. My ER Nurses and techics where fantastic and my Med Surge team was wonderful. I would like to personally thank Evelyn the PCA and Pauline the PCA for all the wonderful care I was provided with in my stay. Once I was in and admitted everything was a breeze.
