I was seen today by John and he was so nice and very sweet he actually had given me great advise for my current issue what I thought was my ear but is actually something to do with a teeth removal last year I appericate his professionalism and his attentiveness
Been there twice for two different things the doctors are very polite pleasant and I was seeing quickly would recommend
Many years ago I unfortunately fell under the care of a female physician here, who refused to do anything for me. My problem was time sensitive. Scary. I felt I was discriminated against, to say the least. Lehigh regional medical center is trash and so is this practice. Go elsewhere for your needs.
The wait was ridiculously long for just 2 people. Went in at 3 for a simple flu swab. Left at 5:30. The appointment only took about 10 minutes after I got back there. If you like waiting a long time then go here.
Very friendly and helpful. I was attended to and out of there within 45 minutes or so.
Una vergüenza, al decirle al médico que no hablaba inglés dio un manotazo fuerte en la mesa y salió de la consulta, yo me levante y me fui. Este medico es un desagradable sin ética profesional ninguna.
If I could give zero stars I would. I should have trusted my gut after seeing the reviews. Paid $180, Dr. Marc Lampell was in and out of the room in under a minute and wrote it off as a cold. Didn’t assess complaints nor have a conversation with me to see the progression of my complaints. They’ll take your money, do a covid and flu test and send you on your way. Doctors are supposed to listen to the patients. Take the extra drive and go to Lee Urgent Cares in Fort Myers.
I was up all night feeling very unwell when at 4am I decided to see if there was an urgent care near me. I’m new to the area and was so grateful to find one close and scheduled an 8am appointment. Checking in went great, everyone was nice. I was invited back by Jailenne where she asked me a series of questions and then asked me what I thought my height and weight was before inviting me to the scale where she exclaimed, wow! You were way off on your weight! (But I was an inch taller than I usually am by her estimate so I’ll take that win). Someone more kind then came to take the rest of my vitals and then I was in the back to get more tests. The overall experience was great, every one was kind and patient and I’ll come back for sure. But I’d rather skip Jailenne and her carnival game style of beside care next time.
Very nice and so professional
Sheryl and Robert were very nice and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
