Front office employee needs some real skills and personally.

My experience is with the Lehigh Acres location. Please beware! The staff at this location is unprofessional and incompetent. The employee at the front desk representing the lehigh location, the "face" of Quigley Eye Specialists maintains a zero in customer service and professionalism. How disappointing that this office is perpetuating the existing stereotype that Lehigh Acres residents can't do business in their own city.

Awful. The worst eye exam experience that I have ever had. They did not perform my refractive exam correctly because my old glasses gave me better vision than the practice ones that they set up. They gave me eyedrops before completing the refractive exam, so they wanted me to come back for another appointment. They charged me $130 for the first appointment where I did not even get my prescription and they wanted me to come back for more tests in addition to getting my refractive exam for my prescription. They have a costly scam going on in this office. I went to the eye center at JCPenney a few years ago and I only spent $50 and they did a much better job than Quigley.Do not go to Quigley. They are not competent.

Dr Quigley performed my cataract surgery and smart lenses. Entire staff was the best. Dr Quigley cares.
